この家は、4つの大きなベッドルームと4つのプライベートバスを提供する素晴らしい高層2階建てです。

明るく広々としたリビングエリアは、大きな壁掛け式薄型テレビでテレビを見たり、夜にボードゲームを楽しむのにリラックスした雰囲気を提供します。 大きなスライド式のガラス戸は、ファミリーエリアから広々とした上映されたポーチと4人用の屋外デッキがある隣の屋外デッキへと続いています。 屋外でリラックスしながら、静かで静かな風景を眺めながら、木々の間から海の覗き見を見ることができます。 ビーチへのアクセスは、屋外のシッティングエリアからすぐです。

内側に戻って、8人掛けのダイニングエリアは、3人掛けの朝食バーがあるキッチンとリビングルームを分けています。 設備の整ったキッチンは全面改装済みで、ステンレス製の電気器具、御影石のカウンタートップ、たくさんのカウンタースペースがあります。 フルサイズの洗濯機が家の中にあります。

ビーチホームの1階に2つのベッドルームがあります。1つはキングサイズベッド、もう1つはクイーンサイズです。 シャワー/浴槽付きの専用バスルームが備わっています。 キングベッドルームからも屋外シーティングエリアにアクセスできます。 2つの追加ベッドルームは2階に位置しています... 1つはキングサイズベッド付き、もう1つはツインベッド2台付きです。 またしても、それぞれにシャワー付き浴槽付きの専用浴室があります。 すべてのベッドルームにテレビがあります。

Family Vacation

We loved the house and location. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is across the street from the pool and a 5 minute walk the the beach. It was a perfect family vacation.

Wonderful home in Sea Pines

We had a lovely vacation with our adult children. The home was lovely and had great wifi that allowed us to work remotely during our stay. Beautiful home and lots of nature - birds, squirrels, deer - visiting all the time! We rented bikes and had a lovely time riding around the property and on the beautiful beaches. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Great location and layout!

This house had all we needed for our family(5 adults and a 1 year old) beach vacation. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and dined on the lovely screened in porch. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was just across the street. We loved the <5min walk to salty dog, shops, and ice cream. Only suggestion would be bring your own pillows if your a firm pillow person!

Wonderfully relaxing!

We totally enjoyed this property as a first trip to Hilton Head Island! Very short lovely walk down through the pines to the beach. Pool just a few steps away, and salty dog marina area very close by. The house was very comfortable - new sofa and loveseat compared to the pics online was a bonus. Our absolute favorite part was the screened in porch - always shady and comfortable spot to read and visit. My only complaint is that the dishwasher shelves and utensil holders fell repeatedly - this appliance needs repaired or replaced. Also a few of the kitchen drawers dislodge and fall out inadvertantly. Otherwise, we had everything we needed, and this goes down as one of our all time favorite vacations together!. So easy and flexible for all of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Across from Salty Dog

This house was great for my husband, our dog and me. Right across from the Salty Dog Cafe in South Beach, it was also a short walk to the beach with a small view of the water from the main floor. While we had minor issues with sand on the sofa and two toilets not working, both issues were taken care of very quickly. Property management’s response could not have been any better. We would stay here again.

Very nice property that fit our family well. Loved the property. Will consider it again.

We had the week when Florence visited North and South Carolina so our stay was shorter than expected and interrupted by evacuations but no you can really stay. The house is nice and the location was wonderful. Walking distance to the beach and The Salty Dog Cafe. Another visit to the island will make us consider this property again.

Perfect venue for large family

Colorful, clean accommodations with plenty of room to all be together or to spread out, if necessary, with just about every possible kitchen cooking item you could need to cook up a meal. Easy walk to beach, tennis, pool or the Salty Dog too.

Beautiful Home-Beautiful Week on HHI

We have been to HHI and stayed I other homes in Sea Pines several times over the years- this is the first time we stayed in South Beach. The home was great. It is very clean and suited our needs (2adults and 3 teenagers) perfectly. South Beach Marina is immediately across the street, which was nice. It was a short walk to the beach -just down a wooded path, and an even shorter walk to the pool. We will definitely be back!

awesome vacation in a great house

Were there with two families with 2 toddlers. House is great, pictures doesn't show the full beauty. Very well equiped, only steps to the pool. Short walk to the beach, bike rental and South Beach Marina can be reached in less then 3 minutes. Didn't missed anything. Very important is the screended porch (you are close the water, so expect some nature). We loved it.
