This property was a comfortable size for our family of five since we were out skiing each day. The host provided all necessary kitchen ware and bedding. Overall the property is dated. The condo management company needs to do a better job cleaning as some of our utensils were sticky, there were food wrappers under the couch, and we were missing items such as the sink drain cover. They also did not clean the common areas such as vacuuming debris outside of doors on the carpet. This is not a reflection on the condo owner, but the condo management company.
Beds and pillows were comfortable. The bedrooms are bright, even at night due to the light pouring in the windows from the internal hallway that stay on 24/7. There are blinds, but they still allow in a great deal of light. Being used to sleeping in dark rooms, we all had a hard time getting and staying asleep in the rooms.
Our biggest complaint is that the bedrooms were very hot. This seems to be a building issue, not just this unit. My guess is that the owner is aware of this as there were ceiling fans, stand up fans, and tabletop portable fans. To get any airflow into the bedrooms, you have to sleep with the bedroom doors open and open the slider and/or exterior window a few inches then set up the fans to push/pull the air. This was fine for a while, but our child sleeping on the pull out sofa was laying next to the open door and was freezing (23-6 degrees at night while we were there). We never turned the heat on, it would have made the rooms unbearable.
The location was amazing. This ski in ski out property is truly that. You walk right out the doors with your gear and jump on a slope. It is also located at the end of the small village with is perfect. Parking was free and ample.
Overall, we would stay again. All things remaining the same, we'd bring sleep masks, summer sleep wear for the bedroom sleepers, and a down comforter for the person on the pull out couch.
