Nice villa

Nice villa, modern and spacious. Good location if you don't mind a pretty busy road next to your villa. Communication with the host can be a bit tricky as the host mainly speaks French.

We enjoyed it!

The accommodation was very good. It was clean, nicely decorated, modern and complete with everything that we needed. The pool was ok for us, however with small children it is risky. The only disadvantage was/is that the villa is situated directly along a busy route. We had no real issue with it, but it is something that you can take into your consideration. Again, the villa was very good.

Loved it

The house is exactly as pictured and incredibly comfortable. We loved that we could walk to the beach. As others have posted the street can be a little noisy, but it was never a problem. You don’t hear it at night because the street is very quiet then and the windows block all the sound. As others have complained, the communication with the manager is average. And, like any house, there were a few eccentricities, but nothing we couldn’t overcome easily. It would be great if they would put dimmers on some of the lights, especially in the living room. The choice was either nuclear Sunshine or complete dark. But nothing took away from how fantastic the house is overall. It has everything. We were VERY happy And could’ve stayed longer. We lived there in great comfort for five weeks.

The property was great, let down by the concierge who was looking after it. No contact until a few hours before arrival after chasing the owner, who was very helpful. We had no idea of arrival process until chasing her and asking what was to happen when eventually about 3 hours before arrival she told us she would meet us there. We had no hot water for 2 days in part of the house, but to be fair, they fixed it quickly. The concierge met us on arrival and stated that the pool would need cleaning and would arrange, but by the middle of the week it turned green ( no- one had been) and we had to chase her again. She did arrange quickly for pool to be sorted, but we were without the pool for 2 days because of this. It's a small gripe because the property itself was excellent, with great facilities, it's just a shame that the owners concierge seemed to lack attention to some details. The owner was always helpful and willing to chase concierge into action.

Quality Villa

Excellent villa with wonderful facilities. Very clean and all mod cons, and stylish décor. Suited our family of 4 but would happily work for a group of 6-8. Has a good gym and cinema room. Impressed and would book again.
