Would not recommend this place

A busted toilet seat, TVs did not work, the directTV boxes were not authorized. The unit was very musty there were leaves/ debris inside the front door. No paper towels or coffee filters for the coffee machine. All of the communicated to Vacasa (the owner?), and nothing done.

Excellent Stay!

We were extremely happy with this stay. We travel a lot around the world for our son’s golf tournaments and try to stay at serviced apartments/condos whenever possible. This was the best stay we have had in a long time. Great job!!

Great rental!

This spacious ground floor condo was conveniently located next to the pool. The large bedrooms each had their own attached bathrooms which was so nice! The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had most amenities. The only suggestion I could make to the owners/property managers, would be to supply a cleaning sponge or dish cloths and drying towels. I wasted almost the whole roll of paper towels trying to clean and dry dishes.

The place had worms all on the floor and in tubs- it was not cleaned prior to us staying. The AC unit was out and took 12 hours for maintenance to fix. No one ever called us to discuss the issues

Nice

It would be nice for the owner to include salt and pepper to cook with. Shower head in master could use an upgrade, definitely needs new carpet. Otherwise we loved being so close to the pool and the major theme parks.

Vacation

I was annoyed that all 4 TV’s did not work properly and did not have helpful instructions. Several calls to the Vacasa support team, rectified the situation way too late.! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would rent this property again.

Great Condo

Overall I would give this rental a great rating. It is in a gorgeous location, the premises are stunning and very close in proximity to all theme parks. The description is very accurate and you get exactly what is displayed on the Vacasa website. With that said there are several things that could be changed that would make the stay here more enjoyable . The kitchen could definitely use more silverware dishes bowls and things to cook with. We found the kitchen to be a little bit sparse on things like that. Also we had great difficulty getting the TVs in the unit to come on - very complicated system - we ended up having to call Vacasa and having them come in while we were gone and turn them on as there were no instructions that we could find telling us how to operate the TVs so I think that would be very helpful if there were instructions on how to turn the TVs on and off. The washer and dryer are very small but adequate for the length of time that you’re there. If you rent this unit you won’t be disappointed.

Better off elsewhere...

Based upon the pictures provided, the property looked clean and acceptable. Upon our arrival, we were disappointed in then unclean condition of the place. Dirty, stained carpets, dirty tile floor, old and worn bedding, uncomfortable mattress and flat pillows, bad furniture, etc. Thought we would have access to the pool directly beside the condo, but quickly learned we were not able to use this pool because it is strictly for the homeowners of the property. Only allowed access to two pools on the property, which was inconvenient for our situation. We have a young child and baby and we’re looking forward to the complete convenience of having a pool right next door and essentially right off the patio. Another issue was the noise. The people above on the second floor were loud and we could hear everything through the ceiling. Would not recommend staying here based upon the unclean state of the property and the total inconvenience and annoyance of the pool scenario.

Phenomenal - Home away from Home!

Accommodations were superb and property was beautiful ! There are several events offered on the property (plan your times). Short drive to Universal.

Great place at the right price

This is a great place if you’re going visiting Disney World . Beautiful accommodations very homey a great pool area for the children only 10 minutes to Disney World condos have plenty of room large three bedrooms there’s also a waterpark with in the community will visit again

Pretty nice

Great family stay

The place was a great bang for your buck. We came with two small kids so the ground floor was great to know their running around wouldn’t bother anyone. Right by a pool which they loved. The place was clean, lots of space, kitchen has basics and they provide enough to get by with dish soap and detergents. Would highly recommend when coming with need for more then one bedroom. We honestly didn’t even use a whole bedroom and bathroom. Only downside is there was no resort information provided about what we had access to. A nice mainentance person actually gave us the info during our stay.

Great place to stay

Condo was very nice, right next to the pool,(although there is no hot tub at this pool ). Well furnished with plenty of room. I have rented many different places around Orlando and this was the first that provided the basics, laundry and dish soap,trash bags,extra toilet paper, thank's. Would rent there again
