As soon as you open the door, you are greeted with a nice open living area with a view of the back patio. The Half Bathroom is very nice and The kitchen is laid out with entertaining in mind, with ample counter space for a buffet, or to sit and have a meal with countertop seating for three. The dining room table features seating for another six guests. Two large sofas and a 65” wall-mounted smart tv are perfect for watching your favorite show or game! A modern wall-controlled ceiling fan will keep the air moving and comfortable. Guests will also have a full washer and dryer, located off of the living room.

Across the hall, Enjoy the massive and extravagant gorgeous Master Bedroom with a 43” wall-mounted smart tv, and wall controlled ceiling fan. A large walk-in closet is perfect to store all of your bounties from a day at the outlets! The allure to this room is truly the En-suite Bathroom, which features a large double vanity and custom-built shower.


The rest of the family will find themselves sleeping upstairs, with three bedrooms and the loft on the second floor. When you get to the top of the stairs, you are greeted with a nicely designed living area with a 43” wall-mounted tv, Gorgeous Sofa Bed. As you sit back under the large modern fan on the sofa, you notice the nice design and custom Table.

For the Little ones, There is a custom Gorgeous 2 double bunk Beds. This room features a custom-built bus with two twin beds and a wall-mounted smart tv. Custom wall art will have you feeling at home as you are surrounded by some of your favorite Central Florida Friends!

Across the loft, guests will sleep in comfort, There are 2 extra Bedrooms. Each Bedroom has a beautiful custom Queen Bed with a Night stand and closet space. Each room features a 43” wall-mounted smart tv, a wall-controlled ceiling fan. Also, There is a full custom Bathroom with a tub shower.

Other things to note
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.


FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.
