Can’t say enough about this place- perfect location, house is gorgeous inside and out. Perfect place to stay to visit Denver for a day or a week. And the view from the upper deck is stunning both morning, watching the sunrise over the city, or the skyline at night, including being able to see colors field

Location was perfect for our trip! One of the best rentals no homes we have stayed at. Highly recommend loved it! Note it is a multi-level place so make sure your group has good knees.

Brett’s property was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Great central location, walking distance to delicious food and convenient to lots of fun things to do in Denver. The rooftop view of the city was wonderful. This owner has thought of everything to make our stay exceed all our expectations. We will try to stay here again when we are in Denver.

Amazing place to stay!

Stayed here with some family for a holiday weekend and the place was absolutely incredible. Everything was super clean and had all the essentials you could ever need and then some. Most definitely would recommend staying here and is on my list for the next time I'm in Denver. Thanks to the hosts for providing such an awesome experience!

Great stay!

Amazing location and incredible place! Loved that we could walk to so many places, the view of the city, and all features of the home. The area was safe, Brett was super responsive, and it was a plus to have the garage since we rented a car. One of the best places I’ve ever rented.

My business partner and I were in town for a few days. We really enjoyed this condo. Very nicely appointed and in a great location. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio, but what an awesome view!

Highland Denver Townhouse

We loved staying at this property. The townhouse was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. It was also in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop was our favorite place to hangout during our visit.

I wanted to be in the heart of all the action, an urban downtown dweller, without the hassle of a high rise condo building or the constant noise from below. LoHi was an up and coming neighborhood (and it has come big time!) and was much more affordable plus the outdoor space is amazing!

You are so close to everything here, it's truly the perfect location! Walking distance to the city's TOP restaurants and bars, walk to downtown/Union Station, easy access to the major highways to get to/from the mountains. A huge rooftop deck with city and mountain views tops the privacy and amenities you get here while still have the best location around.
