We had a great stay for a nearby concert! The unit fit 5 adults very comfortably and it was just as listed. Our only regret was staying 1 night…we would love to come back for a longer stay! Hosts were communicative, the unit was clean, the parking spaces were a huge perk, and the location was great.

This was by far the best rental we have had in the Denver area. The entire penthouse was spotless on arrival, and the space just felt comfortable. The views were amazing, and although it is in the heart of LoDo, the stay was quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very responsive to any concerns you may have and were always very pleasant and helpful. When we arrived to the property, there was an issue accessing the key to the penthouse, but a short 2 minute phone call later, and we were in with no issues. We look forward to staying here again.

This was the perfect spot for our anniversary. Walkability to 16th street, Larimer Square, Union Station, and Coors Field. The clean and spacious penthouse has great views, sparkling pool, cozy outdoor seating too. Host was responsive during check-in to assist with questions.

This was the most perfect location for a visit to Denver. We could walk almost everywhere and where we couldn’t the parking here made it so simple to drive. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and she was so excited to wake up and go eat breakfast in Union Station. The house was immaculate and the hosts were so thoughtful in what amenities were available. The pool wasn’t open but we’ll definitely be back and hopefully get to experience it.

If I stayed in LoDo on future trips to Denver, I would definitely stay at this listing again. The hosts were very responsive, nice, welcoming, and informative and they didn’t make me feel like a burden when I contacted them a couple of times. The penthouse was great, from the interior design to the spaciousness and the amenities. The building itself was quiet but the surrounding streets were very loud on the weekend nights, so the supplied earplugs were a nice touch even though we didn’t use them. We appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place. Listing is 100% accurate and an incredible value. The host do try to make the check in process as easy as possible, but it’s a bit confusing. The directions take you to the garage, but I would suggest you pull around to the front entrance on market Street and either drop somebody off to go upstairs to get the parking transmitter and fob, or find a spot to park right there in front if you are alone. Then once you have the fob and a transmitter to open the garage, then you can pull around back to the garage. But like I said, the host are very helpful and I called Lindsey and she immediately helped me get into the garage and find the parking spot. Thank you very much!

Sometimes a place just makes your vacation and Michael’s beautiful penthouse did just that for my family! It’s perfectly located and has every amenity you could ever need. Every cooking appliance? Nugget ice machine? Check. Pool table? Check. I loved starting each morning with coffee on the balcony and watching the city wake up. We were all sad to leave and can’t wait to book another trip to Denver to stay here.

Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The views spectacular. The pent house was quiet and I didn’t hear a neighbor once. Do note, being in downtown Denver, you are going to hear plenty of nightlife and revelry outside in the evening hours.
