それは単一の家で、すべて4.5メートルの高さの星形の丸天井があり、夏の高さでも非常に涼しいです！
最初の部屋には、ダイニングルームと快適なNatuzziキングサイズのソファベッド（3と4ベッド）のキッチンがあります。
ベッドルームにはダブルベッド（メイン）とソファがあり、必要に応じてシングルまたはダブルベッド（5および6箇所）に変身し、花の咲くパティオを見渡せます。
家からは、EMUテーブルと椅子を備えた、夏の屋外ディナーに最適な美しい屋外パティオにアクセスできます。

Great spot

A quick walk to the Centro Storico, Andreas place is so convenient. A quiet residential area with supermarket and shops nearby.

Great communication with host. Convenient location.

We were very pleased with the Andrea's excellent and fast response to all questions! The apartment is located where you will be able to find parking readily. The only let down was that the apartment is not stocked with amenities that one would normally expect. For example, we disappointed that there was no coffee or tea available. A recommended stay nonetheless!

A lovely apartment in a lovely area

We had 10 great days in Ostuni. The location of the apartment was perfect. It was very close to a supermarket, a bakery and to the historical center, It took about 10 minutes to to the beach, by car. Andrea was the perfect host, and guided us in the area. He helped us a lot and without him the stay wouldn´t have been so good. He helped us with everything from where to eat the best ice cream, and where to find the best beaches and where to find the best masseria. We definataly want to go back! We have so much more to explore in the area. Ostuni and Micca house was the perfect place to stay at. /Anna - Sweden

Casa con un bel parco da 100 metri

Appartamento e 10 minuti dal centro storico ed e in mezzo la gente locale. Ed e una zona tranquilla, si dorme benissimo. La casa e pulita e commoda, proprietario della casa Andrea e molto gentile e disponibile per tutte le domande. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Great flat in a great location

The flat was very modern, nicely decorated, with a nicely appointed kitchen. It was in close walking distance to the historic city center and good restaurants. The owners were very nice and very helpful. I would go back again, and I recommend it highly.

Un gioiellino al centro di Ostuni!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 nel fantastico appartamento di Andrea e ci è bastato per innamorarcene. Curato nei dettagli, accogliente e super pulito. A due minuti a piedi dal centro di Ostuni, ma in assoluta tranquillità. Andrea, anche se non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscerlo, è stato molto disponibile e gentilissimo! Consigliatissimo!!!

Wonderful property to use as base to visit Ostuni

Modern, clean and quiet apartment in a residential area five minutes walk from the historic centre of Ostuni which was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Andrea was very helpful in advance of our stay and when we got to Ostuni. He picked us up from the train station and helped to organise complicated transfers to Bridisi airport. Andrea also gave lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Make sure you visit Forno 31, an amazing bakery which is local to the apartment.

Een uitstekend appartement tussen vriendelijke Italiaanse buren.

De woning is keurig ingericht en compleet. Het ligt op loopafstand van het historische centrum van Ostuni. De toegang tot de woning gaat middels een codeslot, zodat je de sleutels niet kunt vergeten. In de woning ligt ook voldoende info-materiaal voor eventuele reisdoelen in Puglia. Mocht je dus vergeten zijn om zelf vooraf je reis te plannen, kun je dit hier alsnog doen. De patio achter de woning is heerlijk om 's-avonds na te genieten van de dag met een heerlijk glas wijn. Een supermarkt is er binnen 2 minuten lopen van het appartement. Tip voor het ontbijt: Ga naar de bar in het dichtbij gelegen park. Hier hebben ze heerlijke koffie/cappuccino en brioches voor een uitstekende prijs.

Andrea's place is great!

Le logement est situé dans une rue calme et proche du centre historique d'Ostuni. L'appartement est identique à la description et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement dans les petites rues aux alentours et un supermarché se trouve à quelques minutes du logement. Les parents d'Andrea nous ont accueillis le soir de notre arrivée (ses parents parlent français ce qui a été très pratique) et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner pour voir les plages qui se situent à 10 minutes d'Ostuni.

Andrea's place is great!

Le logement est situé dans une rue calme et proche du centre historique d'Ostuni. L'appartement est identique à la description et nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. My wife and I spent a week in this apartment in April. We used it as a base for touring around Puglia. The location is excellent. We could walk to many restaurants and into the old city of Ostunia. Parking was not difficult around the apartment. The apartment is clean and roomy and on the first floor with no steps. The bed is comfortable. Andrea greeted us and he and his mother made us feel welcome.

gîte impeccable équipement et situation dans la ville, Propriétaire disponible et accueillant.

Logis agréable, propreté impeccable, rien ne manque au point de vue confort, documentation touristique à disposition. Centre historique à 10 mn de marche, petits magasins à proximité. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et d’une extrême gentillesse, serviable et accueillants comme nous sont apparus les habitants des Pouilles. Situation idéale du logis pour qui aiment les demeures anciennes, les rues étroites et le …. linge aux fenêtres. La ville d’Ostuni est une couronne de lumière la nuit et un miracle de blancheur le jour. C’un bon point de départ pour « déguster »les villes voisines.

Prachtig Puglia

Geweldige dagen gehad in Puglia. Vanuit Micca huis een prima uitvalsbasis om veel mooie plekken te zien. Vanuit het appartement loop je zo naar de plaatselijke bakker, groenteboer enz. Elke morgen ontbijt, brioche met cappuccino in het park, samen voor amper €4. Als je goed oplet zijn de prijzen gunstig, vooral op de niet toeristische plekken, dus plekken die niet in gidsen staan. Ostuni zelf loop je zo in, wat een gezellig mooi dorp!! Wij hebben in 9 dagen met een huurauto oa Lecce, Otranto,Taranto,Alberrobello, Martina Franca, Locorotondo en Matera gezien. De kusten zijn prachtig , ruw en indrukwekkend, vele mooi baaitjes. Micca een prima plek om te zijn, het is thuiskomen. Alles was schoon en netjes, heerlijk buiten kunnen eten. Andrea erg vriendelijk, maar spreekt zeer gebrekkig Engels dus wat Italiaans spreken is een pre. Dit geld voor bijna heel Puglia. Nog weinig toerisme gelukkig, de wegen niet altijd even goed, maar de bevolking erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, meer dan de moeite waard om te gaan en nog eens terug te komen. Ciao Franca

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Amazing!!!!

We can´t beleve how amazing is the house!!Everything is perfect, clean, new and very confortable. With a big supermarket 2 minuts from the house and less than 10 minuts from the center. We enjoy the terrace a lot with the beatiful flowers. The house its absolutly recomendable¡¡¡and Andrea its very king¡¡¡thanks for everything¡¡

Micca House si è rivelata una piccola sorpresa

Micca House è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il giovane proprietario ci è stato di grande aiuto nel suggerirci i posti che avremmo potuto visitare . La casa è graziosa e ben curata. Da poco raffrescati i muri, divani nuovi e il terrazzino esterno la rendono comoda ed elegante.Abbiamo profittato del prezzo di bassa stagione .La casa è fresca e pulita ed è a un tiro di schioppo dal centro. Peccato che il giovane proprietario così pieno di iniziativa non faccia anche le colazioni! ci torneremo senz'altro. In cinque siamo stati bene.

Piccola suite, veramente eccezionale!

Casa eccezionale, ho soggiornato per un breve periodo nel 2014. Veramente ben arredata , è raro trovare in una casa vacanze un divano nuovissimo Natuzzi o il tavolo Emu... il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La zona è spettacolare si trova sempre parcheggio e in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in Piazza. Seguite i consigli del proprietario sulle cose da fare e da vedere nei dintorni (soprattutto il giro in bici negli uliveti). Consigliato!
