The deck is the ideal perch to sip morning coffee or toast the day’s end under a painted sky. Just two units have exclusive use of the deck - ours and our next-door neighbor. The area right outside our sliders is exclusively for our unit (next door also has an exclusive-use seating area), and then the outer railing is open for everyone to enjoy and stare out into the open.
With seating for lounging or dining, the outdoor space flows seamlessly into the living area thanks to an entire wall of glass. For even more space, head downstairs and access the beach right from our building's lower deck and beach access point.

✨ PARKING INFORMATION ✨
Our rental comes with one deeded parking spot.
Our building has 3 rows of tandem spaces that hold 3 regular-sized cars / midsized SUVs each (9 cars total). Larger pickup trucks are not allowed since they will take up more space than allowed for one spot.
It's actually a pretty simple parking setup that we'll explain in more detail after booking.
If you need more space, the closest large parking lot is the West End Parking Lot, located about a 4-5 minute walk further into the West End at the boat ramp / dog beach. That lot holds 45 metered spaces.
The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.
Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30
We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.
Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents. Please be aware that noise might travel among the homes on our street, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors.
For safety reasons, the fireplace is decorative and not intended for guest use. Thanks so much for understanding!

We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.

Property Service Notice
Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.
There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
