Summary:
If you are looking for hiking trails, shopping, arcades, shows, restaurants or peace and quiet with river views then you will love staying here. It's great for 1-4 people (1 king bed, 1 queen bed). Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo conveniently located just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. This condo has everything you need to have a great vacation in the Smokies you won't be disappointed.

The Space:
The condo is super spacious with a living area, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Right on the Little Pigeon River.

The living area features a reclining sofa and rocking chair, a big screen tv with cable television and fireplace. The dining area has a contemporary table with seating for 4.

The kitchen is fully equipped along with a Keurig for coffee service and ice maker. There is also a microwave, dishwasher, and stove for your convenience.

The bedrooms both have cable TVs and private bathrooms. The master bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer.

There is an oversized just above ground level balcony with a table and seating for enjoying the river views.

Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience for you and your guests.

Guest Access:
All guests have 100% private access to the property. There is parking available on the side and in front of the property.

The Neighborhood:
River Cottage stands a mere block away from the bustling parkway in Pigeon Forge, conveniently nestled between traffic lights number 5 and 6.

Pigeon Forge has continually evolved since 2019, offering a rich array of attractions. Established favorites like Dolly's Pirate Voyage and The National Enquirer Live Museum now share the spotlight with newer additions such as an adventure park near Paula Deen's LumberJack Square at traffic light #3. Dollywood's impressive Wildwood Grove expansion remains a must-visit, and for those seeking contemporary flavors, Downtown Flavortown at the Mountain Mile on Teaster Lane is not to be missed.

Whether you're returning or visiting for the first time, Pigeon Forge promises an array of exciting experiences and cherished memories at every corner.

Getting Around:
The condo is conveniently located to everything and is easily accessible.

FYI, the trolley rates have gone up to a whopping $2.50 a ride for Dollywood/Splash Country and a $1.00 anywhere else or you can buy a day pass $3.00.

Other Things to Note:
Access to 'River Cottage' is via a door code. Before your arrival, we'll send you this code, accompanied by a link to our Rental Agreement. Ensure you e-sign the agreement in advance for a smooth check-in.

Interaction with Guests:
99% of the time my wife and I are available to our guests to handle any need. We only live a short drive away from Pigeon Forge and we also have several resources in the area to meet any need that may arise.

We had a great stay! The condo smelled & looked so nice and clean upon arrival. It really is adorable and looks just as the photos show It is close to everything and also on the ground floor. The owner was very responsive. The ducks greeting us off our back patio was a nice surprise, and we had so much fun feeding them. The bed was on the firmer side, but I had the best nights sleep. Thanks to the owner for a nice mini get away for me & my sister. We loved it-Janice

My husband and I came down with another couple for Jeep Invasion. The condo was perfect for sharing with another couple with two bathrooms. The location was perfect to get around to the different events and a short walk to watch the Jeeps on the main strip. Condon was clean and comfortable!

Excellent Location

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. The space worked well for 2 couples. The ground floor access made it so easy coming and going. The location is so close to everything, yet it was tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed watching and feeding the ducks from the back balcony on the water!

Great location!

We loved this place! My husband and i were here with out 13 year old son for his birthday and the location was great! He loved feeding the ducks and geese and we loved that it was within walking diatance of the trolly stops. We only drove our car once while there and it was to cades cove. If i had to complain about something, it would be the beds. They were a little to firm for me, but i managed. My husband and son on the other hand, slept great! We will for aure be considering this place for our next trip!

Very Convenient

Condo was great. Good value and convenient to many attractions we planned to attend while in the area. One of the cleanest places I have rented through VRBO. We didn’t use the outside areas because of our lack of time, but we did enjoy spending a little time on the balcony feeding the ducks and geese. We’LLC definitely stay here again in the future if available.

This condo exceeded all of our expectations. Very clean and comfortable for our visit with family. After only being there for a few hours we were texting our daughters to tell them of our new go to place to stay when we visit pigeon forge, which is several times a year.

Perfect location

Great location to get to Dollywood easily. We loved having a kitchen with separate bedrooms / baths. Great views of the Winterfest lights. Clean and was adorably decorated for the holidays. Anthony was a dream to communicate with!

Great Location!

This is our second time staying at this property and everything was great again this time! The ducks and geese are a big hit with my 2 year old and will be waiting for you outside every morning! Everything around the property is quiet, yet so close to the main road in Pigeon Forge! We hope to be back again soon!

Great Stay

We loved our stay! Everything was clean, well kept and located close to everything. The owner was extremely helpful both before and during our stay, answering questions within just a few minutes. The beds were comfy, the fireplace was warm and toasty, and the geese out back were the cherry on top. Just a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Family stay

This property was an excellent choice for me, my husband and our 18 yr old grandson. We brought him to attend the big mustang car show for the week. Our host checked on us before during and after our stay. Very good place to stay and will definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing time at the condo.

The condo was located in the perfect spot off the Parkway. Conveniently located to visit all the nearby attractions and restaurants. Although the Parkway was full of people, it was nice to go back to the condo where it was a lot more quieter and secluded. Very clean and I would definitely stay there again. The ducks and geese were a blast, they were right off the back porch every morning to greet us./ BTW, they love dog food, and bread…

Cozy Condo on the River!

This was a spring break trip with our little granddaughter. The condo was the perfect size, was very clean and had everything we needed. I had to make a change in our dates and Anthony was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. This condo is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We defintely will be back!

Beautiful condo but the beds

We loved everything about the property but the beds. Both beds were like sleeping on the concrete outside. The rest of the condo experience was great. It was clean, the check in process was easy, and the location is wonderful. The kwner said he is going to fix the beds

Nice place to stay in Pigeon Forge

This condo is one block off the main drag of Pigeon Forge, which was easy to access and find. The unit was clean, nicely laid out, well decorated, had everything we needed (USB chargers next to bed were nice). Nice geese and duck interaction off deck, nice river out back door. Only thing that was odd was the new flooring causing black feet (we were pre-warned) and had to put on shoes every time we stepped in bedrooms and living room. Otherwise, safe, quiet, super easy to get to.

Quiet location on the river

This condo is very nicely decorated in a nice mountain theme. Plenty of room with a nice living room, kitchen, 2 bedroom. 2 bathroom and a nice back patio. The 2 bedrooms are separated by the bathrooms and kitchen giving plenty of privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and small appliances. 2 types of coffee pots, toaster, blender, etc. Basic supplies such as paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. were provided as well as bedding, extra pillows and blankets and towels. The back deck overlooks the river. We saw racoons, squirrels, ducks, Geese, and lots of other birds. Be sure to bring snacks for the birds, they loved cheerios (plain) and bananas. The complex has a pool for relaxing on a hot day. If you plan on swimming, you might want to bring beach towels. Anthony was a great host and sent friendly messages throughout the stay and gave contact information if we needed to reach him.

Easy access to the Parkway

Very conveniently located 1 block from the parkway which means you have access to all the fun and restaurants within minutes instead of driving down the dangerous curvy/skinny roads that lead up to most cabins which we have done many times. You have the river right outside your back door to sit on your patio and listen to the water and of course if you are on your patio the Geese are sure to come over and talk to you and ask for bread (don't feed them too much though that is like junk food to them, they need their plant vitamins also). It was nice being on the first floor, no waiting for the elevator and dragging all your luggage in the elevator just wheel it in from the parking lot into your condo. The only complaint I have is that the building itself is older, so the plumbing is a little noisy. If there is someone upstairs you will hear the water running through the pipes while they are taking a shower or flushing a toilet, but it really isn't a big deal the condo itself is very nice and updated with all the amenities you need, if we went back to the area we would certainly stay here again.

One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in. It was convenient, well decorated, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor balcony gave us a great view of the creek and many ducks and geese, who we enjoyed watching. The communication from the owner was exceptional. I will definitely stay here again.
