Wonderful Place

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood! Beautiful patio and pool! Great kitchen with plenty of spices! Comfy beds and a family of cute squirrels that play in the front yard!!!!

Nice property but fees are excessive

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean, in good shape, and met our needs. It was close to Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. There are also many restaurants close. The only downside is the fees, which in our case were around $1000. They were excessive and I didn’t see the value for what I was paying.

Solid rental

Plenty of room and clean property, but light on amenities. Few towels and no beach gear, despite picture otherwise. There were plenty of plates, but very few cups and mugs. The biggest disappointment was the lack of the grill. Overall, a solid rental, but for the price was expecting more comfort in terms of amenities. Owner was responsive when contacted, but did not follow through.

Absolutely perfect!

We traveled down for our Daughter's Softball World Series and wanted something with a pool. We could not have found a more perfect place! The home is beautiful and the owners have gone above and beyond to ensure you are as "at home" as you can be. The house is top notch inside & out! The communication with the owners was great! We had a great week!

Awesome vacation property

We found this amazing house with the pool on Vrbo and rented it for a week. It's located in quite neighborhood, lots of privacy at the pool also. We were surprised how nice and clean property was. Just had little problem with the mattress in the master bedroom, it was to soft for my liking. Everything else was great. Pool was nice. Wish they had a grill that we could've used.

It was nice but!

The house is nice but make sure you put exactly the amount of guest that will be going because they charge $15 PER PERSON PER DAY. When I booked it that wasn’t in ANY policy. So when we arrived the owner called and told us that we need to pay an extra $300 and honestly for the amount we paid we could’ve found a house closer to the beach. The beach are a little far so be prepared to drive about 30 mins to the beach. We had some issues with the AC for three days and when we would get home it was about 80 degrees in the house. The house over all is nice but wasn’t worth what we paid for.

Our Spring thaw

A group of friends met here for our Women's Final Four weekend. The games were great but the pool and house were great too! We hit the beach nearby and lots of other close by attractions. The weather was perfect making the heated pool a total plus.
