本物の田舎のコテージ-大聖堂スタイルの天井に改装済みのむき出しの梁があり、きれいな白いインテリア、堅木張りの床、大きな天窓があります。

行き止まりの道路の私道の端に位置するフェンスで囲まれた200 x 100フィートの敷地は、どの道路からも遠く、完全なプライバシーを提供します。

2つのベッドルーム、1つのバス、大きなキッチン/ダイニング/リビングエリア、スクリーン付きのポーチ。

別のゲスト「バンガロー」は、スライド式のガラス扉、4つの二重吊り窓、天井ファンを備えており、3番目の「寝室」です。

30 '+ x 40' + L字型のプールには、深さ10フィート、ダイビングボード、ウォータースライドがあります。

大きなトランポリン、大型のハンモックとピクニックテーブル、ウェーバーグリル、芝生/プール家具、遊び場のある巨大な庭。

    Incredible! Stayed in October Everything was clean and in great shape. This house surpassed our expectations. The pool was magnificent and sitting in the enclosed front porch every morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the beautiful sounds of nature was what we needed. My husband and our boys had the most wonderful stay! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking to relax and be surrounded by nature and privacy. The total fenced in property put me at ease with our boys, so they were allowed to roam the yard. The location was perfect, close to everything. The hosts who felt like family were extremely responsive and friendly, answering any questions and provided us with recommendations for dinner, beaches and anything local. Downtown Sag Harbor is a quaint and charming waterfront village; we loved the stores and the waterfront walk. We can’t wait to stay again next year!

    My two friends and I had a lovely stay at this cottage. The pool is divine and Evan communicates so well! We had a plumbing issue and he sent out people to fix it within the hour. It's a 7 minute drive to Main Street and plenty of taxis and Ubers abound if you don't feel like driving. It's very secluded and quiet. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

    Great location with amazing pool! Evan was just a pleasure to work with. He was very kind and assisted us with getting some great reservations at 2 nice restaurants. Evan was very quick with all responses to a few issues and was great to help them to get resolved. I would definitely rent from Evan again.

    Original, authentic cottage in lovely, private area

    The owner was as helpful as possible. Communication and kindness was wonderful. Although we had some issues with accessibility, the owner followed through with solid communication and tried to resolve things. The cottage is so special and beautifully done. Nature is all around-- offering beauty and privacy. Dog friendly to boot! 5 stars !

    Relaxation!

    Our time in this cottage was absolute bliss! Beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood, even some visits from deer! Town is close by and the property is so secluded you have tons of privacy. Most relaxing vacation we have taken.

    Great pool, location

    This property has an amazing location, and we enjoyed our stay. The pool is wonderful, but the home is very bare bones (we had to purchase paper towels, hand soap, etc). It definitely has a rustic, camp-like feel, but if you're ok with that, it's worth the stay. We also had a dog, so the fenced in yard was a treat!

    Extremely Relaxing Escape from NYC

    We had a great time in a lovely space. Evan was very hospitable and always within reach. We spent the majority of time enjoying the large pool and we loved the trampoline too. Sag Harbor is within walking distance and the walk is quite scenic as well. We barbecued twice a day on the expansive property. We hope to return.

    Best host that is out there and the best pool!

    Evan is on of the nicest people anyone can interact with! I will be going back to his house for years. He is prompt, responsive, sweet, helpful and caring. The cottage is cute and practical, pool is fantastic and large, neighbors are lovely and its 30 min walking distance to village. We appreciated every minute we spent there!

    Secluded and Quiet

    This is an older property and like stepping back in time...postively rustic! Nice owners, responsive and available by text or phone. I was assisting an elderly author with his book, so for him the property was ideal.

    July 4th Weekend

    I stayed with a small group of friends for 4 nights over the 4th of July and we had a great time. The property is private and is in a great location close to Sag. Evan and Darlene were outstanding hosts. They were accommodating and communicative throughout. The house, pool, and yard were all clean and in great condition when we arrived. The highlight was the outdoor area and pool, where we were able to grill, swim, and enjoy the spacious yard. Would definitely stay again!
