2016年5月に全面改装されたオーシャンフロント最上階ユニット。 クラウンモールディング、ステンレス製の電気器具を備えた新しいキッチン、シャワーと床の上に新しい浴槽とタイルを備えた新しいバスルーム、新しい寝室の家具、クイーンマットレス、寝具など、すべてが新しいです。 これはエンドユニットで非常にプライベートです。 プライベートバルコニーとリビングエリアから日の出を見てください。 また、バルコニーとユニットは午後には日陰になっているので、夜のカクテルを飲みながら外に座ってとても快適です。 すべてが新しいです。 リビングルームの新しい鏡面の壁は、海があなたの周りにあると考えさせます。 バルコニーからの潮風は驚くべきもので、デッキに天井のファンは必要ありません。 ヒルトンヘッド、コリニーの中心部へは徒歩圏内。

The “million dollar view” claim is true (attached pics). However, we encountered a bug infestation (attached pic) in the kitchen. The host arranged for an exterminator treatment, which only helped for 1 day. So we thought it was best to store our non refrigerated food in our suitcase. This inconvenience is the biggest reason for a low rating however, there were some other contributing factors. There were 3 lights/lamps that were inoperative. The ceiling fans/lights on/off pull chains are missing. There is only 1 single towel bar in the bathroom. There is no grab bar in the bathtub/shower. The toilet was not operating properly (I corrected it). The living room TV remote was not operating (new batteries corrected it; batteries didn’t help bedroom TV remote). For the record, I received an unsolicited partial refund from the host, which was appreciated.

Ocean view and location were fantastic!Bed with box springs were very noisy . Really need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Inner shower curtain has not been cleaned in a long time! Should be replaced. All else was nice.

This was our 4th year in a row with a 2 week stay, and it was excellent. Unit is end unit so it's very private, and like it says it has million dollar views - for both sunrise and sunset. Plus it's conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which has lots of shops/restaurants/bars, plus a grocery store and liquor store. Highly recommend renting this unit!

This condo did need some updates and that’s understandable. The bedroom is very small and hot. It did have a small fan but it was just hot air. The terrible part was the infestation of ROACHES. They were throughout the condo. We had to bag up everything so we wouldn’t carry them home. We spoke to the manager and all he did was say sorry no compensation.

Beautiful Unit with a Beautiful View!

My family of 5 loved the views and decor this property offered! Just as pictured in listing. The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question or concern. The only hang up about this property is the heat in the bedroom at night. (This is a layout issue that many properties in this community share.) Unfortunately, the fans provided (and those we brought with us) only circulate the air and do not cool it. This led to sweaty nights with this mama waking multiple times each night simply due to the heat. It’s honestly the only thing giving me pause from booking this unit again. The views are GORGEOUS. The host was AMAZING. The unit has been updated and is clean (apart from the random bugs which we assume came inside due to the heat and rain). We would recommend this unit in cooler times of the year 10/10.However, if you have trouble sleeping in the summer due to heat, then either bring a solution of your own or be prepared to face the heat come night fall.

Family beach fun

We really enjoyed this property and location. It fit our family of 3 well and was exactly as described. Beautiful view, cozy and close proximity to shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and view!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, centrally located to Coligny and easy access to the beach. The balcony view was a real highlight!!

Almost perfect!

The view from the balcony was incredible. Also the balcony was covered and shaded by trees so it was never too sunny or hot sitting on the balcony. It was a cute unit and it was almost perfect for our sister trip. Unfortunately this unit has a significant roach problem and needs a professional exterminator. I’m sure this problem can be eliminated but not with just one application.
