Located in the Gorgeous Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, this villa in Admirals Row is a top floor end unit affording wonderful cross breezes while watching the sunset. The resort includes 2 onsite pools, 2 bars/restaurants, sand volleyball court with access to 9 fully lighted tennis courts, 2 Pickle ball courts and on-site bike rentals. Our villa has a fully equipped kitchen including ice machine, coffee pot, Features a large Private open air balcony patio with great ocean view —Living room with surround sound Unit including DVD player and hi-speed WIFI. comfortable sleeper sofa and double reclining sofa. Unit also includes beach chairs, umbrella, 2 boogie boards and beach wagon. There is Mini-Golf located minutes from unit next to Carrabba’s Italian grill.

The unit was clean and welcoming. Spacious living room, dining area, & living room, nice balcony with plenty of seating. Plenty of beach supplies and cart and such, nicely decorated, furnishings had minor imperfections, full size fridge/freezer combo, plenty of kitchenware, utensils, having 2 bathrooms was a plus, and a short distance to the beach!

We have been coming to HHI, specifically Admirals Row for 7 years now. As our kids are grow, the need for an upgraded larger space also becomes needed. This condo was perfect for our small family and had all the amenities needed. We enjoy cooking while on vacation, and we had all that was needed!

Property overlooked construction area complete with dumpsters and heavy equipment and various junk. Elevator was being serviced and not functioning the day of check out so 2 over seventy women had to make multiple trips down 3 floors of stairs with luggage on the day of departure. If the property had notified us the day before we could have loaded up the previous night but there was no notice. Very nice condo but not Ocean View as advertised.

I am so sorry about the elevator and the construction that unfortunately is out of our control, however there is the ocean view from the balcony , it is not ocean front but the advertising is accurate . Again I do apologize that your expectations were not met. We have complained many times to the resort decision makers regarding the elevator. I am so sorry for that Evelyn . Notice should have and usually is given

The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, and the host was exceptionally gracious, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the care and hospitality.The one significant challenge was accessibility. The room is on the 4th floor, and unfortunately, the elevator was out of service for seven of the eight days of my stay. I had specifically chosen and paid for a larger room because I was planning to host dinners for colleagues after our meetings each day. Unfortunately, the four flights of stairs made it difficult or impossible for my guests to come up, so I wasn’t able to use the space in the way I had intended.I also ended up leaving a night early because of the accessibility issue. I have stayed in this building several times over the past four years and was aware that the elevator had occasionally been unreliable, but I had never experienced it being out for the entire duration of a stay.I want to emphasize that this is not a reflection of the host, who was wonderful, or the room itself, which was excellent. It was simply an unfortunate circumstance that had a significant impact on my ability to use the property as planned.

This gorgeous place was an amazing get away!! Very clean and welcoming place!! The pictures are very accurate!! Great view of the ocean on the balcony perfect for morning coffee or just talking to friends!!!

Great condo for our weekend beach trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed for a great family weekend at the beach. Enjoyed the view of the ocean and pool from the large balcony. We even saw three deer by the park accross the fence.

Relaxing stay

Great location. Has a full kitchen which is nice for a longer stay. Balcony is lovely, great view and I could even hear the waves. It was pretty quiet around the complex our entire stay. The pool was very clean and the beach was a short walk away.

Comfortable and convenient place to vacation

My husband and I spent 4 days at the property for a fall vacation - the condo was great. Very furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the boardwalk to ocean / beach access. Any communication we had with the owners was clear and timely - they were wonderful when we had questions before and during our stay.

Linda and I reside in Huntersville NC for the last 12 years , originally from CT. We fell in love with Hilton Head 7 yrs ago when we visited the area with our best friends. We decided last year that we wanted to invest here so we can have freedom to come and stay but also share our love for the beach with others.. We see ourselves retiring down here in the future.! We hope you will love our home away from home just as much.

So much to offer from great beaches to tennis and pickle ball to onsite restaurants and bars to the largest pool on the island! There is a little something for everyone not to mention the ocean view from our large balcony and beautiful sunrises! Great investment for our future.
