This property was accurately advertised. The villa had been recently renovated and the grounds and amenities onsite were very accomodating. The staff at the host property was very efficient answering our questions and issues raised. We would especially like to recognize the property manager on site. He went above and beyond in resolving our TV issue as well as helping retrieve hearing aids left behind on our trip.

The condo was small but the location was great. Had most everything that we could need for our short stay. Access to the beach and other decent amenities was very close and easy. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza with grocery, restaurants and shopping. The host was responsive and generally helpful with preparations and check in. Would definitely stay in the unit again if visiting Hilton Head.

The listing states the condo is ocean view. It is not. It is ocean side, and you can walk to the beach through the facilities. You cannot see the ocean from your balcony as the pictures lead you to believe. The building was difficult to find, but the host responded quickly to our phone call even though we were checking in at almost midnight. The amenities were wonderful, the condo was clean, and we did enjoy our stay.

property seemed uncared for wires hanging out from tvs seems unsafe to us the ad said ocean view, never could see any ocean from our unit the unit is in dire need of updating we would never go back to that unit again I am not a person of complaint so the only good things were it was close to our sons condo which we spent most of our time except for sleeping

Short walk to the beach, wonderful pool. Parking was tight, we asked the Hilton staff as there was no available parking when we arrived late at night. However there is an overflow parking lot across the street with easy access. Would stay here again.

We had a difficult time locating the condo. It would be helpful if a map was provided since another hotel covers the location and you cannot drive to the exact location

Unit itself is in the perfect location- has everything you need- even had beach chairs and toys- we didn’t use as we had brought our own. Property manager very responsive and even came by within a 30min window to help us with the TV. Kitchen pans need to be replaced and the comforters on the beds have seen better days but overall the unit was great and fairly priced. Would stay again.
