Welcome to your Maui Retreat: Napili Point B44 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo spread across 960 square feet of single level living and is nestled on a private corner of the community. This ground floor unit welcomes seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle in the cool and breezy Napili area. This home features all new furnishings, granite counters, custom cabinetry, and tile bathroom flooring. The sparkling blue Pacific and the island of Molokai' all combine to deliver what can only be described as a show stopping backdrop. Enjoy all-day sunshine from a vast private grass area just off of your lanai.

The location was close to the beach, and the view looked just like the pictures. Unit was clean and very thankful for the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler. Memorable was walking down each night to catch the sunset.

Excellent location, great view

We enjoyed our stay at Napili Point. It was super convenient to our canoe race at DT Fleming Beach, close to the commuter airport, and there is a nice supermarket in the neighborhood. Everything was just as pictured. Perfect place to stay!

Great location near a popular beach with great views right front the unit. The unit was very clean, which is tough when you are so close to the beach. Generally a comfortable place to stay, although all the doors are slatted (not uncommon for Hawaii) but it does not cut out much sound, so if you are traveling with young children or people sensitive to noise, it can be a bit of an issue. Not a dealbreaker, but made sleeping more of a challenge for our 2 young children.

Keeping the space clean with the beach so close is a challenge we embrace, and we’re glad it showed. The slatted doors are part of the island’s breezy charm, though they do let sound travel a bit more. For families with light sleepers, it’s good to know, but most guests find the comfort and beachside vibe well worth it. Comfortable beds and furniture, loved having beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels for the beach. Pool was very nice as well and the view was amazing everyday.

Perfect Location for our Family!

Loved the unit and the location...Napili is beautiful! Would stay here again! Only negative is the parking was not close to the unit so bringing in groceries and luggage was a bit of a walk for 2 family members with knee issues. But overall, loved it!

Private condo in a little slice of paradise

The condo was in a great location, beautifully decorated, well stocked and the management company was wonderful about reaching out upon arrival and throughout the stay. The pictures were nice but the condo showed up even better in person. The Bay immediately in front of the patio, Napili beach walking distance, and whale watching from the patio made this condo even more special.

This property was our favorite. The unit is clean and new. Lovely. Want to be in Maui again and stay there soon. Love it.

Amazing Views

Loved the views from private lanai & windows in this unit. Mostly quiet except for some vehicle noise in bedrooms heard from nearby street. Air conditioner acts as white noise to nicely cover this at night. This was our 5th stay at Napili Point - we're totally spoiled & never stay anywhere else on Maui!

Nice location but “tired”

Unit was well located. There were several areas in the unit that could have been nicer (broken blinds, screen sliding door wouldn’t go in the track, more tools/utensils needed in kitchen, lanai furniture needs repair). On the nice side, living room and dining area furniture was good, parking easy, view of ocean lovely.

We have since resolved the issues with our unit and have our maintenance team fixed everything after your departure, so it should not be a problem from this point onward. In the future, please don’t hesitate to call our Service Managers to assist you with any issues during your stay. For most issues, we can have someone out the same day. Maui vacation

We loved Napili Point! It is an amazing location for a Maui vacation. We enjoyed snorkeling in the peaceful cove, walking the coastal trail, the proximity to beautiful nearby beaches/cliff jumping., and even a great local grocery and coffee shop less than 5 minutes away. The view from the villa is just as pictured and perfect for capturing sunsets over Molokai, either from the small patio or within a short walk to the water’s edge. The villa itself was spacious for our family of 4 and nicely updated. Highly recommend The Gazebo breakfast experience. It’s is a short walk away and worth the long line! We will definitely consider this spot for future Maui trips!

Great condo!

Check in person not very friendly. Seemed like I was bothering her to get parking pass. Condo very nice. Washing machine needs attention - VERY loud on spin cycle. Everything else was great. Condo is very nice and well taken care of. Great location. We would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to anyone going to Maui.

Vacation getaway to rest

The unit itself is beautiful and clean, with easy access and convenience to everything we enjoy in Maui. The cross breezes in this corner unit were divine. Check in/out is simple and independent. Unit has washer/dryer and we appreciated that! Well stocked and very good condition kitchen, as well. Sliders a little difficult to use, and twin bed was hard. The structure itself has very thin walls (e.g., can loudly hear the upstairs units and when they run their water) and the property management does not seem to enforce quiet hours (?) as rowdy kids (we have kids ourselves) from other parties were making a whole lot of noise around the properties by 6:45am and waking everyone up till about 9:30am when they quieted or departed. This unit is right by the road, so there is a lot of traffic noise, but closing the windows helps to cancel the noise. Thank you for a nice stay.
