Beautiful home

This home is beautiful and we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are large and very accommodating for a family. We would stay here again but probably not during the summer months as the Seacrest beach is very small and difficult to reserve chairs.

Catherine, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay at 28 Beach Bike Way. This home is very spacious making it the perfect home for a getaway with multiple families or your extended family. As more and more people discover the beauty of 30A, 30A does only have 19 miles of beaches and the beaches are a little more crowded during peak seasons. The property was as described on the listing. Spacious house in a great location. Check-in was easy. Great security on property.Suggestions for improvement: Cleaning supplies were very limited (One dishwasher pod, one laundry pod). We were there 5 nights and had to buy more.

Hi Heather, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s spacious layout, great location, and smooth check-in process. We appreciate your note about the cleaning supplies. Our team provides a starter set of essentials — such as dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and paper products — to get guests started and make things easier before they have a chance to visit the store. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

Family vacation

The home was fabulous...exactly how it's pictured/advertised! Plenty of space for a large family. The pool area was expansive & nice as well. Access to the beach was challenging due to space & requirements to rent expensive set chairs/umbrellas.

Sharon, we are glad to hear you enjoyed 28 Beach Bike Way. 28 Beach Bike Way is a beautiful Seacrest home, and we are glad you were able to enjoy it. Representing the home correctly on our website is always a top priority for our team, and we are glad you found this to be the case. The large living space and open kitchen do make this a great home for a large family. As more and more people discover the beauty of 30A, 30A does only have 19 miles of beaches and the beaches are a little more crowded during peak seasons. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope that despite this issue, you were able to enjoy the remainder of your stay.

We loved this beautiful house in Seacrest! It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and so spacious! We had two families traveling together and had more than enough room, including loving having two masters. We were a quick walk to the pool and tram pickup to beach. Highly recommend!

Nice property. Good location to town areas. I would suggest more than one kitchen towel, more storage containers, more hangers and a full length mirror. The distance to the beach was a little much with a baby and the pool was often packed trying to get chairs. But fun once you do.

Spring Break 2023

We took our kids and their friends here for spring break this year and it was a great house. Kitchen and family room were big enough for 10-12 people. Master on main was nice to keep the kids all upstairs but there's two master's so could for 2 families. 4 bikes provided, outdoor fridge and plenty of parking. Only suggestion would be to put more patio furniture out to enjoy the large front and back patios more.

Amazing house!

The house is amazing- so clean and the concierge was so helpful! The area is PACKED with kids and people- this was our first time to 30A and we didn’t realize you are stuck on your assigned beach- all the nearby beaches were chill and less crowded but this one was uncomfortably packed with people- we reserved chairs- which I am so glad we did- but people were right on top of our seating all day- it was just uncomfortable to have girls bare butts right on top of our area with our family there! The only reason why we would choose another spot is because of this specific beach- otherwise- the house itself was amazing!

Great house and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to visit the area and Royal Destinations made it quite easy. They were very responsive over text and quickly answered any questions we had. It wasn't clear in the listing that a full week booking was required, so we ended up staying a few days longer than we planned, but we enjoyed it!The house was very clean, so much so that there was literally no cooking basics. It would be really nice if salt, pepper, olive oil were at least left as I'm sure each new renter has to purchase. Otherwise, the house was a perfect setup for two families, spacious bedrooms and a lot of room in the kitchen/living room.
