The place was very clean and the views were spectacular! The kids and I had a great time and it was a perfect 10! My daughter even rated it a 10 and that’s not like her. Close by to all the shopping and restaurants.

Our stay here was wonderful. The place was roomy and clean. The only problem was the elevators per usual but that is normal at Tidewater! Would definitely recommend using Anthony and Tang.

We love coming to Panama City and the location of this property is great. It is close to Pier Park and several restaurants. Which makes it convenient when it comes to shopping and going out to eat. The property was clean and staff was friendly, had some issues with the elevators being really slow. They really need to try and make improvements on that. Property manager was nice, the unit/condo, I would say mediocre. When it list that you had two chairs and umbrella with the rental I did not think it would be a regular beach chair and umbrella that was falling apart. If so I would have brought my own. The condo could use some updating. The dryer, couch and mattresses all need to be replaced for sure. I would stay here again I just don’t think I would rent from the same person.

Poop cruise

We didn’t have access to wifi last night some water and power went off people stuck in elevator couldn't visit family we came with who stayed on the 23rd floor.

Great Family Condo

The condo was as advertised and being on the 4th floor was great! It was very clean and Anthony was great with communication before, during, & after the trip. We will definitely book here again.

PCB 2025

The condo is spacious and clean upon arrival, however the refrigerator filtered water and ice maker was not working. There were also a couple of shelves in the door missing, made trying to store food/drinks difficult. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable, but the bunk bed mattresses need to be replaced. The elevator service is terrible, thankfully we were on the 4th floor. We love PCB, but will not be coming back to Tidewater.

Would stay again

Property pretty much as described. We had a comfortable stay. Condo was clean, bed’s comfortable, AC was cold, located on 4th floor so we could avoid the elevator and use stairs. Needs cookware badly. What’s there is limited and heat warped. The building is showing its age, but not unexpected in the area. Overall had a good stay.

Very clean

The condo was very spacious and clean. The communication was excellent. We had originally booked another condo which not fo3ing to work for us. It was nasty. I booked this condo and was able to get in right away. The AC went out one night and i called and they were there ro fix it within 30 minutes

Clean and convenient

After reading the most recent reviews we were concerned with cleanliness and state of usable kitchenware. We honestly didn't see huge issues with either. It was very clean and we had plenty of everything. The kitchenware was dated but it worked! We stayed a week and was incredibly comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 kids and several adults. So convenient to the beach. The elevators took a while depending on the time but not as bad as I thought it would be. Very happy with our stay!

The Owners

The floors were disgusting, whoever Tand and Chang get to do there cleaning should be fired and they should be ashamed of themselvss for letting their condo become filthy. Our grandchild hadnt walked on the floor 5 minutes and his feet were solid black from filth. Also the elevators need to be updated, waiting 45 minutes and still no elevator is beyond ridiculous

Very unhappy

I paid over $400 a night for a place that the bunkbeds had crumbs in them. The kids refused to sleep in them, the fire alarm chirp all night long had to buy and replace the batteries. The remotes did not work for the TVs. The TV in the living room TV. The other two TV in never got used because it would never come on, the TV in the master bedroom had a cable box and had a Roku box with no instructions. The plug behind one of the Chester drawers is a fire hazard is hanging out of the wall. The pans in this place was terrible. Look like someone had burnt the pans. We were supposed to have friends over and we canceled because we did not have this stuff to cook with, the toaster did not work. This was the first time we used VRBO and it might be the last because this was the worst vacation for the money. I will not recommend this unit to any of my friends. It was horrible. They need to update the pots and pans the toaster. This stuff is very expensive. The toilet seat in the master bedroom needs to be fixed or repaired because I tightened it several times I spent more time working on the place buying batteries. I think the owner should reimburse me money for what I’ve had Experienced. The last thing, we were unable to use the shower in one of the bedrooms because maintenance requested we not use it because the pipes was leaking from it and going into the person down below unit.

Had the best time

We really love staying at tidewater every year we were only planning to stay the weekend and we decided to stay Sunday night as well property manager got us fixed up really quick with a extra day everything was clean and very nice never have any complaints we will be back next year oh and it's close to alot of things !! I highly recommend this place for sure !!

Great location, lower floor a must

This was a great condo to stay in for a 5 day stay in PCB. 4th floor made it easy to by-pass waiting on a elevator. But there was another elevator right around the corner, plus stairs, which made it even easier. Plenty of room, and 3 full baths. The condo could use a little updating, paint, etc., but for our purposes it was great.

Clean and near everything

I enjoyed my stay! The place was clean and loved that they left dish soap, sponge, paper towel, and soaps! I wish the beds were a little more comfortable but other than that great!

The elevators in the building was terrible, had to wait from 10 to 20 minutes

The room was nice but the kitchen pots and pans were terrible. The elevators were the worse I have ever experienced, I would not stay there again because of the elevators and the check in took forever.

Beautiful view

The unit is conveniently located near the stairs and on a floor that made the walk up and down the stairs so much easier than waiting for the elevators. Trust me you are going to be thrilled to have the stairs and a secondary elevator close to the unit. The beach is the highlight of this location and the condo has an excellent view of it. The unit was clean and comfortable but a tad worn.

Very nice and comfortable

We enjoyed this condo so much! We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Everything worked as it should, the cleaners did a great job, and the owners were very communicative when needed. We loved this location in the heart of PCB. We didn’t have a problem with elevators, but then they were taking longer than usual, it was no problem for us to walk 2 flights of stairs. Plenty of parking spaces. Walking distance to some restaurants.
