Welcome to Tidewater 311 in Panama City Beach, a great 2-bedroom beach front condo that sleeps 6, has ocean and beach views, a community pool and other great resort style amenities and is less than a mile from the famous Pier Park. This great condo resides is in Tidewater Beach Resort which has two gulf front pools, an indoor pool, fitness center and game room all on property. Your private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while relaxing with your morning coffee or an evening beverage as the sun calls it a day! Tidewater 311 is a perfect vacation spot for couples or families who want to relax, play, shop, or all three for a long weekend or a much needed week away.

The beach was beautiful and we had a wonderful experience in the sand and water. The condo was very outdated, not exceptionally clean, especially the floors and balcony), and some of the furniture was worn. The bunk bed was a nice feature for our grandson. The elevators were extremely SLOW. Luckily, we were on the 3rd floor so we were able to use the steps. There were so many complaints about the elevators as people were having to use the stairs for much higher floors. We are giving this a “GOOD” rating mainly for the oceanview. We would not recommend this unit unless it is updated.

I really enjoyed our stay, it's a quiet building, has all the immenities for teenagers, and an unforgettable view of the Gulf. Luckily the elevators weren't a problem for us because we were on the third floor. We felt very safe and will be back again soon!

Clean rooms, nice view. Check in and out were quite busy. They had an elevator attendant to help speed the use of the elevator during peak times. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was great! Super glad we were on the 3rd floor due to elevator's taking 10-15 mins each time we had to use it so I can say I maxed out my steps for the week!!! We will not be staying at tidewater again due to this huge inconvenience!

Waited an hour on the elevator to take the luggage rack back to the second floor. Had to take the stairs every time we left and came back. The bed had items left in it from previous people. The air never seemed to get cool.

Elevators

We went to check in and had to wait 30 mins for an elevator. So we just thought it was because it’s was check in time but it wasn’t. It was like this the entire time we were there. We took my step dad which is disabled and walks with walker so he can’t just run up some stairs. We spoke with manager at Tidewater and met a few owners and they said it’s nothing new with the elevators. Owners know but yet they did NOT put in it the post or we would have definitely not stayed there. I contacted owner and they acted like they didn’t know. So if you have someone who is disabled or can’t take the steps, I would NOT recommend this place.

The condo (including all walk ways, garage and common spaces) was in my opinion very overcrowded. Outdoor pools are not heated, so it was not ideal for April spring break. Indoor pool was closed for multiple days of our stay; although it didn't seem clean enough to allow my family to swim in anyways. Outdoor hot tubs also closed for a couple days. The elevators were extremely slow and unreliable. Thankful I was on the third floor as we relied solely on stairwells to go in and out of the condo. The beach was very crowded (of course due to the qty of condos). We purchased front row beach chairs for the week, and the beach staff was very nice which was one of the only positive aspects of our stay. Our condo had a rug in it that was likely never cleaned due to the fabric - we found a few giant wads of dirt/hair in the living room nearby and I assume due to how hard it would be to clean around and under it. The furniture was also all very worn and stained.

Great location

With the elevators taking a while it’s great to have a floor on the 3rd floor. We loved the layout and the space for our family and exchange students. Everyone has their own space and everything worked. Will return again!

Beautiful place to stay

This was really a beautiful place right on the gulf. The condo made you feel like home. Friendly staff willing to check on us. They went above and beyond to give excellent recommendations for dinners, shopping and even a few local artists. They made sure that the resort was clean and secure. I recommend renting the beach chairs and umbrellas. A little pricey but worth not having to lug your own down to the beach. They were having issues with the elevators while we were there which made for long wait times to get places but with as busy as they were we completely understand. Be prepared to walk a lot if you plan on using your car for excursions. The garage is on other side of the street and to get there you need to go through the overpass. Try to park on level 2 if you can but those are the coveted spots. Overall we had a good time in a great location.

It was great. Very clean. At first we couldn’t get TVs to work (probably user error), someone came right away. The hairdryer was missing (probably previous renter). They brought us one immediately. Only problem was that the staff at the condo were very rude.
