Quaint apartment

The apartment is in a wonderful location and close to major sightseeing places. The local galleries and restaurants are classically French. There are also convenient grocery stores, boulangeries The metro is close as well. The shower is great and the kitchenette enough to make coffee or small meal

Delightful and efficient

As advertised—convenient and functional in all ways. The sofa wasn’t quite comfortable, cushions kept sliding off, but that’s a minor complaint for such a well located small apartment. Manager was responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Fabulous location.

This apartment is fabulously located. It’s near many of the top sites and many restaurants and cafes. The apartment is perfect for one or two. There was work being done on the building while I was there so the hallways were dusty and covered in plastic, but the apartment itself was clean. The kitchen area is small but had everything I needed - microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and and an induction cooktop with two burners. It was perfect for me, and I'd definitely rent it again.

Not very comfortable.

Department was small, which would have been OK as it is laid out fairly well for the size. However, the furniture was very tired and couch was not very welcoming. We had an issue with ants was no real help from the owners. It is also very damp. Which made it very uncomfortable we ended up leaving the second night and rented another apartment. We notify the owner, and there was no communication.

Saubere kleine Ferienwohnung, einzig das Sofa könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung sehr gerne wieder mieten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Paris.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El departamento muy cómodo, el lugar que está cerca de la entrada donde está el lavarrropa permite colgar la ropa y guardar las valijas de modo que el resto del depto queda libre. Muy bien Pietro u Georges quien recibió y estuvo siempre en contacto. Excelente la WiFi. Párrafo aparte merece la ubicación, conocemos bien París y está es una de las mejores en todo sentido. La rue de Seine a esta altura es una belleza, con galerías de arte y diseño interior. En pleno Fouburg Sain Honoré. Sin duda, de volver a París volveremos a 25 Rue de Seine.

Magnificent!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this small, quaint little property right in the heart of Paris! We were so close to everything, Notre Dame, The Louvre, Musee de Orsay and Musee de L'Orangie, the Eiffel Tower and more... plus the cafes right out tour door made it special!!!

Great Location but some issues

There is a metal walkway directly above this apartment. It links the apartment building entrance to another rental property. When people walk on it, it is extremely noisy in the apartment. The frequency of people walking on the walkway prevented me from opening the skylight, because people walking over on the walkway could look right down into the apartment. The gallery rooftop that is right outside the windows is extremely dirty also. On the plus side, the bathroom is nice, though tiny, and there is a good washing machine. The location can’t be beat, Georges, the caretaker, is extremely nice.

Great location and cute practical Studio

I stayed 1 month to work from Paris. It was perfect being super quiet even though it’s in a super high energy area with lots to do! Bedroom though studio feels separate. I would highly recommend. Only reason I did not rate a perfect 5 was several issues including no TV. The manager did all he could and was nice. Be sure that all things are working and know where circuit breaker is because it’s an old building and I shorted power day 2. Not owner fault but normal in France. I would go back again now that I know how to handle certain issues. It’s a very cool Studio!

Perfect!

I stayed for a couple of weeks with a friend. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed And the location is perfect, a quiet refuge in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. Georges was SO kind and helpful, opening the apartment early and even helping us carry our luggage upstairs. Thank you!!

Cozy paris apartment in beautiful area

The apartment is great, equipped with all the essentials. Communication with the property manager was perfect and the area is amazing, so many shops and restaurants nearby everything you will need is within walking distance. A perfect stay.
