We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lake view was great and the kids enjoyed watching the birds and turtles. The property was clean and centrally located to Grand Blvd and The Village at Baytowne Wharf. The beach access was just a few minutes away and the golf cart made it easy to get around. Very pet friendly! Our dog enjoyed the many walking areas!! Would definitely book again!!!

Picked this place for my daughter’s 18th bday bc of the golf cart. It’s the one thing she requested in the place I booked. The day we get there they say the golf cart was wrecked, they had no extra, I couldn’t rent one, then when asked about a little refund on it they said the golf cart isn’t part of the price. Well when booking it one of the attention in the booking is how they have golf cart n bold letters, don’t do that if it’s not in the price. We could have gone somewhere just as nice but cheaper beach front but my daughter really wanted a golf cart for her and her friends. So we spent the trip in 2 different cars driving around. Said they would keep me updated but I had to keep following up. The freeze doesn’t keep things frozen and all the bathroom plugs kept breaking when u tried to dry ur hair. Next time we will go beach front.

Great location! Very happy with the space and having the golf cart was added fun! Beds and pillows being uncomfortable was the only complaint. Would stay here again (but would bring my own pillow).

Quiet and safe space. 5 min drive to beach and nice restaurants and a two minute walk to pool. Very clean and comfortable.

Great stay, great location!

We rented this condo during the week/weekend of the Sandestin Wine Festival. It's a short walk (.3 miles) to the venue and shopping. Lots of areas to walk our puppies, and sidewalks for exercise. The condo is nice and clean, with great views of the golf course and pond. Really enjoyed our stay.

That's wonderful that everything was great! We agree that golf carts are a huge perk in this area. This property owner may at some point get a golf cart; if they do, we will make sure it's on the listing for this property. Since this HOA doesn't allow visitors to bring a rental cart on the property, contact us the next time you plan to travel--we actually have plenty of units that do have a golf cart, and if that's a perk that would take your vacation from great to spectacular, then we want to help make that happen for you! Give us a call when you're ready for more fun in the Florida sun!

Overall good property

Our family enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and the view was great. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked due to stains on walls and pillowcase. But overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing.

Beautiful and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, comfortable, and convenient property. It was a perfect place to celebrate my son and his fiancé engagement. They were engaged at the beach on Sandestin’s property. We have been visiting Destin for over thirty years. We would highly recommend you stay at the beautiful property. The golf cart was definitely a plus.

Great space for 6 adults, and we love being able to walk to the marina and village. the golf cart makes life so easy and is must for us when renting now! The dishwasher was broken during this visit, but My Vacation Haven gave us a heads up and provided extra paper products. We love this unit!

A great value, and a great place to take your family.

This property is exactly as advertised in the listing. It is clean, well maintained, and the communication from the property manager was excellent. They responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. My son loves to fish, so the availability for him to fish in multiple ponds within walking distance was great for us. The golf cart with this rental was crucial for us, as it saved me so much time in getting around the area. It made it easy to get to the beach, pools, or shopping/dining.
