The house itself was great, some of the communication was rocky. I had questions about my rental agreement that went unanswered by the company over email for a week. However, after I tried texting, I got a response and received quick answers to all other questions I sent over text. The parking situation at the house was confusing, as the online listing said there was a driveway. There was one parking spot in the alley and one in a garage, so the number of spots was correct, and the description in the company's app was correct. Once we sorted out the parking, the rest of the stay went very well. The house was clean, the kitchen had good supplies, and we were overall very comfortable. Great location to walk through La Jolla or to the beach!
We did have one disabled family member who was unable to get up the stairs to the property without significant assistance because there is no hand rail. If the company could add a rail to the front steps it would make this property more accessible.
