Retreat to this newly listed, elegant, gated Tuscan Villa, and separate private Casita, where Italian-influenced architecture combines with Spanish-influenced design to create exquisite Old World charm. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms and boasts a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, which opens to a quaint backyard, for exquisite inside and outside dining. The interior is immaculately decorated for sophisticated living. Stairs lead from the main floor living area with kitchen, dining room, powder room, family room and living room to the second floor master suite, guest bedrooms and guest bath. A private Casita, has an additional bedroom, kitchenette, a full bathroom, and opens to it's own secret garden. The property has off-street parking for up to three cars. Please note that the attached garage and storage building are not included in the rental. Exterior security cameras are located on the front driveway, right side of the property and back patio.

Great house in great location! Couldn’t have asked for a better Thanksgiving stay. Host responded quickly to questions I had regarding restaurant suggestions and left a bottle of champagne as a welcome amenity. Highly recommend this property and host!

We had a beautiful stay with plenty of space for our immediate family and the separate casita was perfect for our wedding presider. Lovely decoration, outdoor space, and parking over a busy La Jolla weekend was especially helpful. Location was fantastic for all that we needed to do for our son's wedding at a church very close. Stairs are to be planned for, but not a problem for our group at all. Felt very private as set back from the road with parking in the front. Great hostess guided our early check-in and 3 sets of keys worked well for us. Security gates appreciated. 5 stars. This was a splurge for our family but for this very special occasion it was worth it for walkability to wedding activities and hair salon. Last minute we learned that there was a festival blocking off many streets in town for the full weekend so the parking in the front of the house made our whole experience more enjoyable. We hope to return one day but for now we are so grateful we had this perfect home away from home for this busy and important weekend.

Absolutely perfect stay!We LOVED everything about this property! It was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, comfortable, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. We were visiting La Jolla for our daughter’s wedding, and this home was the perfect gathering place for our family, with plenty of space to relax, celebrate, and make memories together.My favorite part? The stunning art and décor! The owner has filled the home with treasures from their travels, and it felt so special to live among such unique, heartfelt pieces. It truly felt like a home, not just a rental.Highly recommend — we would come back in a heartbeat! We had an amazing stay in La Jolla for a wedding and couldn’t have picked a better villa. The location was perfect—close to everything, so we could walk everywhere. Morning strolls along the Coast Walk were a highlight, and we loved being able to walk to the beach for sunsets. At the same time, there was plenty of space for our large vehicle, which made trips into San Diego easy. The villa itself was perfect—one of the nicest places we’ve had the pleasure to stay at. Highly recommend!

Furnishings were very high end, wonderful private patio in back, casita was perfect for couple with toddler (pack and play was in a closet upstairs). Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and the beach.

Beautiful house and location. So many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach/ocean is very close and you can walk to that as well from the house. Host was very responsive as well and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental if you’re planning a stay in La Jolla.

Exceptional home with all the extras! Beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. So close to downtown La Jolla, walking distance. Lovely casita provides togetherness but also a separate space for family. Outdoor seating allowed us to enjoy the great weather.

Outstanding property, fantastic location, top notch amenities. We needed a place for our extended family to stay for our daughter’s UCSD graduation, and this house was perfect. From our group of 6 family members it received high praise all around. Would highly recommend.

Stunning home in the heart of La Jolla

This home is luxury at its finest, from the home design, to the decor, to the landscape; it is all top notch. The owner and property manager were very attentive when we reached out with a small issue. They replied within 10 minutes and a solution was in place not too long after that. Our family really enjoyed the stay and are looking forward to staying there again.

Weekend Getaway

We were on a weekend getaway trip with good friends (2 couples). The property was great! Walkable to places in La Jolla, easy to uber to other places in San Diego. Clean, and spacious property. Lots of parking in the driveway. The property managers were awesome! We were arriving early in the day and they allowed us to drop off our suitcases at the house before check in so we could walk around and grab a bite to eat. They were quick to respond. This is a great location to stay in La Jolla.

Great house!

We had a small family reunion with kids and 2 young grandchildren this weekend in San Diego. This house was perfect for us…. Comfortable, spotlessly cleaned, and the perfect location. We enjoyed the large dining room table for meals…the living room was quite comfortable. Beds were so comfy and everyone slept well after long days at the zoo and tide pools! Many thanks

Incredible home with a perfect location!

The home is clearly loved, all the details being well-attended to. We enjoyed having real plants throughout the house, and the art is moving, thoughtful, and impressive. As a group of ten with four kids, the location--walkable to all parts of La Jolla's Cove and village helped our stay feel grounded in the gorgeous environment and relaxed in our ease of movement.

Excellent La Jolla Villa

I cant say enough good things about this beautiful home in La Jolla. Truly a Villa with great views and amazing furnishings. The best part was the location, as we were able to walk to coffee houses, galleries, restaurants and the La Jolla Cove to visit the seals & sea lions each morning. What a treat! The Villa has a inviting vibe with unique and delightful pieces of art & collectives.It is obvious that Michael has lived a life of adventure and color.We all had plenty of room and privacy, the bedding was elegant and comfortable & the home was fully stocked. We enjoyed this home so much! Will definitely return to La Jolla & the Villa.
