Imagine relaxing in this seaside beauty with a peak ocean view from the patio and the primary suite balcony. Just 1 block from world famous Windansea Beach, and just a short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops and the "Village of La Jolla".
Upon entering this beach inspired home, you will find yourself in a sun filled dining area with a table for eight. To one side the living area boasts lots of comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV and an inviting fireplace.
Entertain yourselves with a game of shuffleboard or step out onto the front patio through large French glass doors where you can enjoy the breezes as you sip morning coffee or enjoy an evening libation or refreshment before dinner.
To the other side of the dining area, a wonderfully cheerful, fully equipped kitchen features a sunny breakfast nook, a built-in bar with seating for four, and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge. The kitchen overlooks an additional living area or family room, an ideal space for enjoying one another with comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV. French doors leading to the spacious outdoor dining area with al fresco dining around a table for eight and a barbecue. The main floor of the home also features a half bathroom.
A Y-shaped stairway leads to two upstairs wings - one with a private primary suite over the front of the home and the other to two guest bedrooms in the back.
The secluded king primary suite has a 50” wall-mounted flat screen TV recessed into a floor-to-ceiling natural stone fireplace and a quiet workspace. Rich Brazilian cherry wood flooring adds to the warmth of this room, while the suite's ocean view veranda offers refreshing ocean breezes.
The spa-like bathroom is a retreat unto itself. Relax in the tropical rain shower. The focal point of the master bathroom is a modern oval freestanding 72'' soaking tub.
The back guest suite boasts a king bed, a walk-in closet, a 42-inch high-definition flat screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the sun and ocean views.
The second guest suite features a queen size bed, a wall-swivel-mounted 40'' high-definition LCD TV, a large, mirrored closet, and a ceiling fan.
