This Condo was huge and perfect for our family 8 adults and 7 children. It never really felt crowded due to the sizeable living room and the balcony. The lazy river was great for our little ones. The beach was easily accessed from the property. Everything was great.

Too many things broke or not working. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The unit did not live up to Phoenix standards

The view was gorgeous and access to the beach was amazing! The beach was clean and inviting! If it was warmer, we would’ve enjoyed using the outdoor lazy river and slide. Thankfully, there was an indoor pool and teo hot tubs that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great overall. The views were as good as we’ve had ( this is our 7th year coming to orange beach). Place was very clean. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. I would like to mention that there is a tack on the back of one of the living room chairs that sticks out and is very sharp. I tried pushing it back but it did not stay in. Also the kitchen sink faucet might be on its last leg, squeaks quite a bit and is a little difficult to shut off. But those were not complaints just giving a heads up. Great place!!

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review. Glad the views and cleanliness met expectations after so many Orange Beach visits — and thanks for recommending the property. We appreciate the heads up about the tack in the living room chair and the squeaky faucet; maintenance has been notified to inspect and fix those items. We’d love to host you again!
