Great ground floor unit which was ideal for entertaining and watching sunsets. The unit has been updated and was clean, bright and felt very comfortable. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The location was great for exploring beaches and visiting nearby restaurants. We took long walks every morning to the beach, fish ponds and grabbed coffee at the Mauna Lani hotel. Great stay and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Superb location with nice views. The unit is spacious and accommodating. I was of the understanding there was a sleeper sofa in one of the bedrooms but there is not. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. This wasn't a huge deal but did cause some reshuffling with our group as no one really wants to sleep in the main living space. We visited during the huge "Kona Low" storm so there was nothing on our planned itinerary we could still do. Propery manager was very responsive when I checked-in to inquire about the storm and what supplies the unit might have (if needed). Appreciated the dialogue.

Perfect location

My family of 4 adults loved the condo. It was close to golf, the beach, pool, and shopping/restaurants. The condo was beautiful! It had everything you need for your stay. The property management company was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place.

We have stayed at many different properties on The Big Island over the years but this is by far our favorite. The condo is spacious and light and we love sitting on the lanai watching the whales. We would feel very fortunate to rent here again.

Our eight day getaway was perfect. The property was conveniently located, just a very short drive to the beach club, golf course and shopping. We dined in on some nights and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. Coffee on the lanai every morning was a peaceful start to the adventure filled days. Can’t wait to go again. Great Location

The condo was just perfect. We spent lots of time on the patio and watched whales. It was a great place for breakfast and lunch. The kitchen was fully supplied and the appliances were wonderful. The location was great. We would certainly go there again.

Great location for sunset viewing over the ocean

The property was perfect. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location is on a golf hole overlooking the ocean. You can not access the ocean from there but the beach is a 3 min drive. Everything is a drive away so you do have to grocery shop or drive for food. The property is clean, well stocked and quiet.

Fantastic Location

Mauna Lani Point is in the sweet spot for our family. It is centrally located among the Hamakua Coast resorts, giving you easy access to all the best beaches, restaurants, and activities. When you add in that this unit has amazing ocean and golf views, it just makes for a little slice of heaven. The condo itself was spotless and amazingly well appointed with everything we needed for a great vacation. This is our second stay in this complex, and it definitely won’t be our last.

Great overall experience with a VRBO

Overall we had an excellent time and the condo was exactly what we wanted and expected. It was in a great location. It was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect in a VRBO. One thing that stopped us from giving it 5 stars, the thermostat was locked with a code so we could not adjust it to cool the room. Other units that our friends rented, at the same time, could change the temp to make the room cooler and more comfortable. I found it very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome through and through. Thanks to Jason, he literally saved our family vacation to Hawaii. Saved it, and made it the best vacation it could have ever been! This particular condo, although a bit "dated", was more than comfortable and the location could not be any better. The views, lanai, location on the golf course with ocean sunset views was amazing. A short drive to Hapuna Beach, with umbrella and 4 beach chairs, boogie board, and beach towels (all included with the condo) was pure joy.....The washer/dryer was nice. The location in a private and gated community with a lovely pool, bbq area, sauna, and hot tub was also very nice. A really special property in a special setting.

Paradise Week on the Big Island

We had a great stay at this property. Spotless clean, well decorated, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen appliance's, spectacular view, good internet, OK TV package (tried to watch the Mariners playoff game & TV doesn't get TBS... Normally wouldn't waste a morning on TV, but it's been 20 years! Back to the review...) The pool is cute, beach club super chill. We always love running different routes around ML in the morning before a quick pool dip. This was a wonderful place to stay, and we sure do appreciate everything! Thank you!

Great property and an extremely responsive property manager. We rented the unit above as well. Perfect place to visit and to meet family. The condo had everything we needed to cook for seven on a daily basis and to go to the beach..

Perfect Big Island Stay
