Overlooking the 13th fairway of the Mauna Lani South Golf Course, this beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers ocean views from the lanai, living room, dining area, kitchen, and primary bedroom.

With more than 1,500 square feet of living space, central air conditioning, Beach Club access, and easy indoor-outdoor flow, H101 is an ideal home base for couples, families, golfers, remote workers, and longer Big Island stays.

Living & Dining

The open-concept living area was designed to maximize the tropical views and natural light. Hardwood and ceramic flooring, granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, and comfortable furnishings create a clean, modern island atmosphere.

Large sliding doors open directly to the lanai, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, ample prep space, and everything needed for cooking meals during your stay.

Gorgeous place in an amazing complex. Fully stocked kitchen, great master bed, beautiful lanai and view, and we found all the people staying at the point were very friendly. Host communication is top notch as well. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

This is a modern, well-appointed place. It was comfortable, with beautiful views and spacious lanai and lawn. Close to golf, pool and beach club. We hope to return!

Lovely stay

We had a lovely time. The property is quiet and private. Lovely sunsets. Great amenities to cook whatever you need. We would definitely recommend it.

Nice location - not the cleanest

The property is located in a very nice place and has an incredible view. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. We weren’t provided with enough towels and the ones that were there within and worn the kitchen wasn’t clean. We had to do the dishes upon arrival overall, it’s a nice place, but could use some maintenance and better housekeeping and definitely better linens And softer beds.

New Rental with Some Initial Glitches

We were super excited about the included access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and had planned for that to be our first activity when we arrived Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the key card was nowhere to be found and it took multiple phone calls to the rental company to finally get it, late the next morning. Other than that frustration, the condo is nice and clean with a well-equipped kitchen and the location is great. We also loved the included access to the tennis and pickleball center. The "conceirge" is a very nice guy, but was totally unable to help us with any dinner reservations, so don't expect much there.

We were happy you found our place neat, cleaned, well-equipped with a great location, and you enjoyed our Tennis (Pickleball) and Fitness Center membership, too.
