Quick trip

Girls weekend

Nice area within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. There is a cute little bodega one block away. Owner was very nice and did a great job communicate with us.

Relaxing Getaway

Our family had an amazing time in this spacious, relaxing home, especially with the great AC that kept us cool during the hot Florida summer. The owner's thoughtful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved exploring the neighborhood, with its convenient proximity to parks. It was our first time in Las Olas, and we were delighted to find it so close to the rental. We're already planning our next visit!

Awesome Getaway

Cannot have asked for a better time in sunny South Florida. It was nice to get away from the cold for a week and staying at this rental made it even better. The host was so helpful and recommended a ton of great places to eat out and to activities to do!

Our stay in Fort Lauderdale

We had a great stay in Fort Lauderdale! Really great neighborhood on the canal with restaurants and bars nearby. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Las Olas and the beach. The house was beautiful and Oliver was a wonderful host. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Oliver was a wonderful host. He greeted us at the property and gave us a tour. Beyond that he provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and local bars in the area. We had a great stay.

Perfect for our short stay in Ft. Lauderdale before cruise

Oliver was fantastic to deal with. He even brought a football and basketball over to the house when he knew we had tween and teen boys with us. The location near the park was great and super easy to the airport and cruise port. The old house charm with new renovation was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great time in Sailboat Bend

My family and I had such a great time at the property. I want to thank the owner, who was extremely accommodating in every aspect you would need/want from a host. The neighborhood was so relaxing to walk around and because everything was so close, we did a lot of walking and didn't really need to use uber much since we didn' have a car.

Lovely home in Sailboat bend

Needed a place before heading on a cruise. Came across this gem. So comfortable, definitely one of the cleanest vacation rentals I’ve been in. Even better that I could wake up a little later since the port was so close.

Excellent accommodations

An amazing stay in the historical sailboat bend. I didn’t even know this area existed until I found it on vrbo. Oliver was an exceptional host. The house was extremely accommodating and relaxing for me and my family. There were multiple restaurants within walking distance of the house, which was fantastic. We will definitely be back soon!

A real gem in Fort Lauderdale

This property provides excellent accommodation and more than adequately provides the best that Fort Lauderdale has to offer in respect of 1) brilliant location (safe, secure and friendly neighbourhood), 2) accurate and responsive host (Oliver was fantastic in providing everything we needed and all the answers during our stay), and 3) clean and spacious accommodation (we were delighted with the space and features this property has to offer). We stayed over Christmas and would definitely stay here again

Very Nice Location

beautiful house!

I’ve done a lot of vacation rentals in the past, I have to say this was by far one of the best I’ve been in. I’m so used to not meeting anyone at the property and entering numbers on the keypad, so it was very nice that the host meets and greets you at the property. The house is so spacious and cozy. I love that they supplied towels which was another plus! The property is within walking distance of multiple parks and I was so close to Las Olas and the beach. I would highly recommend.

Gem of a home! Awesome host!

Oliver was among the most accommodating and respectful hosts I have ever met. He texted me 48 hours before my arrival and provided me with excellent restaurants in the area and the wifi login and password, which made my check-in process so easy and headache-free. Whenever I needed recommendations, I was immediately texted back in less than 5 minutes. This house is truly a gem, with all brand new kitchen appliances, including what looks like a new refrigerator, silverware, and pots. The house was not just extremely clean but spotless and cozy, I was very grateful for. The pristine condition of the property made me feel comfortable and at ease. The neighborhood was fantastic, and I felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood. I thank Oliver and his home for such a wonderful stay and I will be visiting again soon!

Great Location - Excellent Communication

We booked this home for two nights before we (6 adults) sailed away on a cruise! Location is great- 15 minutes to cruise terminal. We loved the park across the street with numerous iguanas & a canal. Very serene & pretty. The house itself is very suitable for 6 adults with its 3 bedrooms and two and 1/2 baths. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was excellent. The house definitely needs some tender loving care. The plug-ins in the upstairs bathrooms were missing wall-plates & did not work. Being in my late 60’s — banisters on the stairs are needed— it is a safety issue for me. Oliver was easy to communicate with— very accommodating. The issues we had— he was very receptive to.

I am the co-founder and former vice-president of South Florida Vacation Rental Association. My team is an vital part of why we are allowed to perform vacation rentals throughout South Florida. I am originally from Los Angeles, California. I have owned the property for the last 20 years. I have now turned this into a family owned business.

One of the greatest joys we all receive from hosting our home is the connection we gain with all our guests. The different cultures and walks of life we are introduced to makes it special for us as we are constantly meeting people from all over the world at our home. It is great accommodating each guests to our fullest potential and knowing we are making each family welcomed is an even greater joy!

You are a 10 minute drive from the beach and the Fort Lauderdale Airport.

You are close to so many great restaurants, social events and many other areas.
