Just toss your provided towels, and your other beach items into the wagon and roll down to the soft sand! This property is situated on a beautiful street and is walking distance to the beach! I love that you have direct access to the beach on the private pathway and never have to cross a busy street! Restaurants and shops are a just minutes away! Favorites include Island Joe's coffee shop, Pelican Lounge, Riley's Restaurant and the new Brewster Street restaurant right across the street and you can walk there in just 3 minutes or less!

Guests can access the heated pool (March through November), pavilion, grills, bathhouse, private pathway to the beach. The beach access is also unique as it is a sectioned off area that does not allow vehicles on that part of the beach. Thus, fewer beach safety concerns!

This beautiful "Coral" themed luxury beach 2nd floor condo is designed for families and friends who appreciate the conveniences and comfort of home while enjoying their beach vacation!

This open concept 2br/2ba condo has over 995 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space. This home has plenty of room to gather and create delicious meals, kickback and watch the 55" TV or view the sunset from your private balcony.

In the evening, you can indulge in luxurious comfort on a King Sealy® Posturepedic™ (sleeps 2), a Queen Stearns and Foster® Estate Collection (sleeps 2), a Sealy® Posturepedic™ full (sleeps 1 or 2) or on a twin Slumber 1 by Zinus (sleeps 1). Two additional guests can also sleep on the queen sleeper sofa for a total of 5 bed options.

Complimentary Wifi, linens, towels, bedding, starter soaps, shampoo, and detergent are all included in your stay!

Signed lease and photo ID are required to rent this property (please see the complete lease agreement under the House Rules Section) unless booking on platforms.

Take the pathway (just outside of the condo past the pool) straight to the beach! You can easily take a stroller, wagon, bike or walk on the path.

Guests are responsible for all taxes city/county and state hotel tax. Airbnb collects all taxes on hosts behalf and remits them to the city and county. Guests must pay all taxes prior to their stay in order to receive check in information. Valid license ID must be provided via email prior to stay.

Our week at this 1st floor Pathway to the Sea condo was so much fun and relaxing! The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything - plenty of towels and beach towels, large kitchen, and a very comfortable King-sized bed in the master bedroom. There were many local restaurants closeby, too. Susan, the owner, was so prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had-the best host we've ever had. You definitely need to try it!

We had a great trip!

We had a blast here! We had booked another place and they canceled on us a week before our trip which left us in a frenzy. Thankfully, we came across this condo and I’m so glad we found it. From the moment we booked, our host, Susan, was extremely welcoming, helpful, and she would respond within minutes of reaching out. The condo is located in a great area, just a minute from the beach and not far from grocery stores, cvs, icecream, mini golf and so much more! It has plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms with full shower and large tub. We appreciated the host providing a few garbage bags and necessities to start with. The check in and out process was extremely easy and the pool was always clean and beautiful.The kitchen is nicely stocked, just needed one larger pan to cook for all of us but thankfully we brought one of our own. We loved having everything right there: large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, keurig, and washer/dryer. The balcony is comfy and has a great view across the way. It would be a great idea in my opinion to add a small dresser to the second bedroom closet as it has multiple beds/people in one room but only a closet to hang stuff. It would have been helpful to be able to toss our stuff in drawers to easily access baby & kids clothes etc. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book and come back again in the future! Great Experience

The location was very nice and easy to get to. About 3 min walk from beach. Clean and spacious rooms. Friends loved it and so did I. Enjoyed the experience and ready to book again.

White Cap Beach

We found the unit as it was described. Everything worked and we appreciated the soaps, paper towels & TP to begin our stay. The walk to the beach seemed a bit further than described. Loved the view of the tidelands across the street & an opportunity to observe the various shore & sea birds. Disappointed the pool wasn’t heated anymore but there are many things to do in the area.

Great!

The condo is overall super nice and comfortable. It is furthest from the beach- so next to the street- no beach views. But just a short walk to the beach. We used the picnic facilities which were good. Great interior decor! owner extremely responsive wished we had more time there

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful stay! We couldn’t figure out how to work the tvs but that ended up being a blessing. We played games and cooked together. We swam till 10 every night in the pool. The pool was a little dirty, but there were a lot of people visiting for the 4th of July. We would stay here again! Great accommodations! Oh, garbage truck comes early, but we got up early to see the sunset that day. Easy walk to the beach. Trip full of wonderful memories. Thank you!!!

Condo & Manager are Great, VRBO Stinks

VRBO totally dropped the ball on the check in. They failed to send email with condo number and door code. BTW I was not the only one that VRBO did not send check-in info. A couple I the same complex didn't get the email VRBO. BUT all is well that ends well. Susan is the most responsive and helpful Host I have ever had. She usually responded to my messages within minutes never more than an hour. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We accessed the beach using the pathway which is a nice feature. We used vehicles to carry the heavy stuff to WhiteCap Beach. The kids loved the pool. It to was clean and was well furnished with chairs

Family Reunion

Part of our family stayed here for a small family reunion. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including a wagon to haul our beach supplies and even towels for the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Really good location. Friendly neighbors. Responsive manager. The only things that troubled me was a barbecue pit that did not work and after paying over $100.00 for the cleaning we were required to wash towel and dishes before we left. It was no big deal but I resent having to pay such a steep fee and then doing the work anyway. Overall the place was awesome

Great location

We had a great experience here. The beach was much less crowded since cars are blocked, the condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. And Susan was very welcoming and helpful.

Great Place

The property was very nice. The bathrooms and closets were bigger than I expected which was wonderful for 2 adults and 4 teens. The beds were great as well. The community pool was really nice. This property was as good as or better than the listing suggests.

We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again if in the area. Susan was so accommodating to our last minute booking. We loved the condo, location was GREAT. We really appreciated all the small thoughtful details. From a closet stocked with beach toys, games for family fun, and even suggestions of places to visit...this was honestly one of the best VRBO experiences we have had.
