PATHWAY TO THE SEA UNIT 108 | POOL VIEW + PRIVATE BEACH BOARDWALK (SLEEPS 6)
Pathway to the Sea Unit 108 is the perfect family beach escape with an amazing location and all the vacation vibes. This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo has a beautiful view of the community pool and is located right next to the private pathway that takes you straight to the seawall!
In just a quick two-minute walk, you'll be on one of the best beaches on the South Texas Coast! Whether you're heading out for sunrise strolls, sandy afternoons, or sunset views, everything is right at your fingertips. Beach days are even easier here thanks to the complimentary fold-up wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys, so you can pack up and go without the hassle!
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older
CONDO FEATURES
• Condominium, first floor, no elevator
• Not pet friendly
• Boardwalk to the beach (secluded from vehicle access)
• Parking passes provided for two vehicles
• No boats, trailers, buses, or RV's allowed
• Kitchen, dining, and living area
• Flat-screen TVs
