It's fine if you're not picky
Pros: close to train station, lots of space, 2 closed bdrms, elevator, unit has 2 fans
Cons: so many annoying things, no hooks/closet space except a closet in the living room that has random junk in it, no washcloth in kitchen, no hand soap in bathroom, 2 tiny garbage cans for the whole apartment (and no instructions on where to throw out trash), water damage in kitchen, smelly bathroom after shower, entryway/elevator of the building smells like garbage and urine, most mugs won't fit in coffee maker (which only spurts out like 20 mls of coffee per button press), tub does not have a working faucet (showerhead works), no laundry detergent, dryer was not plugged in (with no obvious place to do so) and the bathroom sink leaked. Host just asked for photos and said they'd look into it/sorry for the inconvenience. They never did anything about it. Nothing a Tupperware bin under the leak couldn't handle, but I'd rather not have a leaky sink. Also, we had to ask twice to get an answer about plugging in the dryer and where to throw out the trash. In general the host is not super helpful. And FYI, there's a glass coffee table that is not affixed to its metal base. If you have small children, they may lean on it and make the top flip up. Also, when you throw out the trash, you might encounter a 1 foot tall rat that I guess lives in the trash behind the elevator?? Not like we couldn't make do with these issues, we didn't have a horrible stay, but I can't really recommend it w/o caveats.
