Welcome to our home!

A recently renovated duplex with all the comforts and amenities you'll need for a magnificent stay in Lyon.

Upstairs, in the room you will find a double bed fitted with hotel quality linens. This charming apartment can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. Be carefull, height of the mezzanine is 1m70
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will have all the necessary utensils to prepare and enjoy your meals at the table.
The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and a large mirror.
And we provide fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
A reversible portable AC is available for your comfort.


You can also relax in the living room, with television, wifi connection.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Central district of Lyon, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, all major sights can be walked from the apartment.

On the Presqu'île you will find beautiful buildings of the 19th century and important historical monuments, it is also an ideal place to go shopping, go to the cinema, and go out with its many restaurants, cafés theaters, bouchon, Bars & Pubs.

The nearest metro station is Croix-Paquet (line C) only about a 1-minute walk away.
And just 5 minutes away is the Hotel de Ville (line A) metro station.

From these 2 stations you'll be able to travel and explore Lyon with ease!

Cleaning costs include cleaning as well as sheets and towels and the handing over of the keys.
Arrivals are between 2pm and 10pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, additional charges apply:
- 20€ after 10pm There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.

Somewhat different than listed

The check-in process was easy, and we understood the price was inflated due to the Olympics but we were overall a little disappointed with the property, We chose this place because of the AC but the AC did not work very well in the common area and not at all in the loft. The loft had almost no air circulation. The building itself was also under construction and poorly lit.

Nice place

A nice comfortable apartment but there were some concerns - the address given for key pickup takes you to the side of the building rather than the store front. The elevator in building did not work which made it very difficult during the heat and more challenging to find the place inside given the instructions were based on using the elevator. The coffee pot didn't work and the freezer is much too full of ice buildup that we couldn't keep anything inside without it falling out. The extra fan looks to be close to breaking. Guests definitely need to watch the beam in the upper loft since it's very very low upstairs. Air conditioning was essential in the summer so we appreciated it. Kids said the sofa bed was comfortable.

Joli appartement situé dans les pentes, proche du centre-ville

appartement conforme au descriptif. Situé dans les pentes de La Croix Rousse, il n’est pas à conseiller aux personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher. Il est aussi situé dans une rue très bruyante la nuit (2 bars de chaque côté de la rue, donc du bruit jusqu’au moins 2h du matin !!!). Cependant l’appartement est proche du centre ville ; on peut trouver des commerces et restaurants assez facilement. Appartement très propre mais le climatiseur et le ventilateur n’étaient pas suffisants pour rafraîchir l’air (la mezzanine est basse de plafond accentuant l’effet de chaleur et d’étouffement).

Excellent apartment on a good location

This apartment was located just outside the center, but in a very lively quarter of Lyon, Croix-Rousse. It just took us 10 minutes to go to the Hotel de Ville. The street is located on the hillside, so you have to climb to get there. The apartment is on the fourth floor, but the building has an elevator, so this is not a problem. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, with good furniture and has a modern bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with almost everything you need. All the houses have very high rooms, so they build an extra floor as a bedroom. That was possible, but you had to bow very much to get into the bed. The apartment was after all very enjoyable and pleasant. This might come because it was run by an organization instead of a private owner. As said: the center is not far away. It is a good starting point for all the must-sees in Lyon. The old center is maybe 20 minutes walk and this is really a must-see. Nice to visit are also The Halles and the Museum of art. We recommend this location very much. Disliked · A new mobile airconditioner stood in a locker, but the device was not yet connected. That was a shame, because our last day the temperature was 40 degrees! There was a fan however.

Notre séjour à 4, parents et enfants, a été particulièrement agréable car ce logement était non seulement bien situé mais bien équipé, calme et à proximité de superettes, boulangeries et petits restaurants.
