Situated in one of Lyon's lively neighborhood close to place des Terreaux and Pentes de la Croix Rousse, you will enjoy the comfort of this beautiful 26 m² apartment fully renovated and decorated with great taste.

It is situated on the 1st floor (no elevator).

It comes with an open modern kitchen, a bright living room with a 140*200 sofa bed, an HD TV, a decorative fireplace and a balcony.
On the mezzanine (maximum height 1m50), you will find a lovely bedroom with a 160*200 bed. Plus, downstairs, you will enjoy too a beautiful bathroom with a shower and toilets.

Did you know that ? There is a metal slab on the blacony dedicated to the French painter Pierre PUVIS DE CHAVANNES, who was born in this building :)

ATTENTION : the stairs are not secured with a railing. If you travel with children, you must watch them at all times.

This is the perfect place for a touristic or professional stay.

WIFI available.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartment's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bedding each. It costs 18E/person for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
