La signora Francesca ci ha accolti con grande cordialità nel suo appartamento elegante e tranquillo ( purtroppo non tutte le notti a causa degli schiamazzi della movida, ma siamo in estate!) ed è stata davvero disponibile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Grazie ancora! alle nostre esigenze.

Central

It is a lovely looking apartment. It’s on the Main Street and close to everything. It is quite noisy with traffic and people, so opening windows or balcony’s is not really possible. This is too bad because the balconies are a great feature. One couch is hard as rock. The main bedroom bed is hard as a rock. Francesca is lovely but she locks extra bedrooms and extra bath. She had to come back to open a another bedroom to get extra pillows because pillow in master were so flat. On the listing it says cable/Satellite TV but no such thing. Only Spanish channels which was very disappointing. It’s fine but don’t list that it’s available on the Vrbo listing. A nice touch would be paper towels and a bottle of water and a little snacks after a long journey. Bring warm socks or slippers the all marble floors are cold.

best location in Alicante

Everything in apartment is as described in platform , location is perfect for busses and tram, walking distance to beach ... we can recomend this flat ! Håkan and Ulrica

Alicante stay

The apartment was located in a very central locations very near the major market. Unfortunately for us it was the beginning of the big festival and our last night the music was blasting until 4 AM. Also the beds were very uncomfortable to the point we tried to sleep on the couch’s which were even worse. The owner was very sweet, but did not respond to any of my requests for info about how to work the stove. Lack of Spanish on my part was an issue and I was just glad my daughter was able to help us initially. Sorry to say we would not stay here again.

Convenient location and well equipped

Overall, a pleasant stay for 3 nights in Alicante. Very central and buses to various locations immediately outside and beach/marina only 10 minutes walk away with numerous cafes and restaurants. Small kitchen but very well equipped. Should you have a car, there is underground parking 5 mins walk away but bear in mind that it is around 14 euro for 24 hour stay, which can mount up quite significantly. I was disappointed that although this apartment was advertised as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, Francisca only opened 1 bedroom for us, keeping others locked until asked for a 2nd one to be opened. Likewise, after her departure we found that the 2nd bathroom was locked too. A small but significant niggle I know, as a property should be let out as advertised.

Cosy apartment it the middle of everything!

We have been in Alicante many times and also lived there for several months. Very easy and cosy town, but also big enough! This was our first time in this apartment and we loved it: balconies and views to the lively street and Mercado Central (our favourite place). Very good apartment to explore Alicante, because it is in the middle of the town and everything: restaurants, tram, castle, beach... And in this apartment you can enjoy a lively town in your own peace! In the master bedroom some noises can be heard at the night time from the street, but it didn't hamper us at all. Mukava asunto kaikin puolin! Vilkkaalle kadulle ja kauppahallille avautuvalta parvekkeelta on mukava seurata ihmisiä ja elämää. Etenkin city-ihmiselle, mutta sopii myös auringonpalvojille. Rauhallinen asunto sijaintiinsa nähden. Makuuhuoneeseen voi kuulua yöllä kadulta ääniä, mutta meitä se ei ainakaan häirinnyt. Suosittelemme! Gracias Francisca!

Great location with all the amenities you need

Great apartment for a larger family or friends who need separate bedrooms. Great location near to the daily market, shops, very good restaurants, the marina, beach, tram station and directly opposite the coach stop that takes you straight to the airport. Very clean with all amenities and a friendly host, Francisca, who was on hand to deal with any enquiries. Highly recommended.

In the center of everything. Short 10 minute walk to the beach, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Host was professional and extremely helpful. Would definitely return!
