Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. | | In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 130 is located on the ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from two balconies, the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area. In addition, Beach Club 130 offers complimentary in-room high speed internet access.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Beach Club 130

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was also nice. Because of all the rain they received it was difficult to get to the beach. Only a couple of blocks from Masengale park so we usually drove there to access the beach.

Spacious rooms with awesome view

Really enjoyed the stay. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful oceanfront view. Only recommendation, need to look at replacing shower heads. They’re a little outdated. Very nice place and stay, recommend to anyone looking for awesome oceanfront stay to book here.

Excellent location

Excellent location! The couch and bedspreads in the pictures appear to have been updated as they don’t match the pictures. However, everything else matched the listing exactly. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. I would stay here again! We loved being able to walk right to the beach from the condo!

Great condo- careful with super little kiddos there is a lot of glass furniture.

Loved it. Very accurate pictures. Great location. There is glass tables and a glass mirror wall. I would just be careful with little kiddos.

A Great Unit.

We loved the proximity of the stairwell to the ground level and parking. The porch with a first floor view was fine. The arrangement of the floor plan worked out great for us. The grounds and pool were very well kept. We will very likely return or use another unit in the same building.

Condo on the corner

The view was great - the condo itself was a little dated but that was fine. The mattress cover in the main bedroom does need replacing as it was old and didn’t quite fit. The temperature was warmer in the bedroom but we purchased a little fan (which we left) to keep the air circulating at night. The pool area was extremely nice. The one thing I will add is we had washed the sand off of our beach chairs and left them in the stairwell to dry - didn’t want to drip all over the unit - and they went missing. Management did try to help but they were not located. It was our last full day so it was okay.The code to the door was not the one listed with all the paperwork sent via email but I had gotten a text message the day of check in with another door code so that was okay - just a little quirk.

My stay

We enjoyed. Very comfortable. Only suggestion.sink in master bath is extremely slow to drain. When we arrived, a few silverware pieces had dried food on them. Dishwasher probably failed to get clean. Over all a good visit.

A mixed bag

The location and the views were great. Unfortunately the cleaning was not done well at all. Also the bathrooms are in great need of renovation and the parking is very difficult. Despite the location and views, we would not stay there again. However, other family members stayed in a different condo in the same complex and theirs was in much better shape.

Okay but very dated

The unit desperately needs a major update. It looks like it was decorated in the 70’s-80’s. We also found the layout very tight for 2 adults and 4 teens. The pool needs to be heated as it was freezing. We travel and stay at condos all the time but would not return here. Overall 5 out of 10 is our rating.

Excellent communication and location....but...

Could not ask for a better transaction. Excellent communication with management group. BUT... The property itself? Needs work because it's tired!!!! Numerous doors won't close. Nick's and dings to walls and door frames. Plumbing issues with temp adjuster in one bathroom shower and a shower head so filthy in the shower stall in the other, it made us gag! (Needless to say, neither of us used that shower nor did we want to burn up hard earned vacation time to wait for maintenance to arrive). In summary....we will go back to St. Simons Island, but won't stay at that property again.

Excellent!

The property was fantastic and the unit was very spacious. The view from the balcony was great and also offered some privacy. Everything was very clean and so easy. The only negative is that the parking is very tight so larger vehicles may have a hard time.
