This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private oceanview balcony, full kitchen, and large combined living and dining area.

The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

This property will accept pets under 35 pounds with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March allowing for an extended swimming season.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, Sleeper Sofa

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!”

We loved our time at this condo. Very clean and incredibly dog friendly. We wished it was closer to the beach, but we could still see the ocean from the balcony. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding unit

Beautiful condo on east beach

Property is so better than pictures can do justice. There is a ton of space in the condo, 2 walk in closets, a laundry room, ceiling fans, childrens items, and more. The bed in the main bedroom is slightly uncomfortable (maybe just too soft for us) and it could use a deep clean but we had zero complaints about our stay. The pool is awesome, the facilities and landscaping are beautiful, the condo is attractive and functional.

Nice stay.

Easy rental, great location. A few minor problems in the condo (slow drain in primary bath, coffee pot didn't work, but there was a back up, etc.) It was a fair walk to the beach, but not a problem unless you were carrying alot of stuff. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Check in and out very easy. Would stay again.

Mini getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this property. Very clean!! Property was very quiet and grounds were very well kept. Just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub as well. We will be back!

Very clean. All went well. The beach was not what we hoped for, as it was impossible to walk in the evening because of the bugs. The only other negative was that the dryer had water in it. We noticed after washing a load of close late on out last night. We tried to let the clothes dry the old fashioned way but they were still wet in the morning.
