The location of this property was very convenient. It was a short walk to the Kona pier, downtown, restaurants & shops. We appreciated the amenities provided, including beach chairs, noodles & a cooler. The condo complex does need to fix the broken elevator & could make the pool area more inviting though.

Thank you for your review. A short walk to the pier, downtown, and all the restaurants and shops makes a real difference to how a trip flows, and it's nice to hear the little extras came in handy along the way. We appreciate you passing along the notes on the complex too, and we'll share them with the right team. We'd be glad to host you again with Gather whenever your travels bring you back to Kona.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. A/C was great. Condo was as described . Building is a little run down (parking garage needs lots of repairs). We were there for Cinco de Mayo and Pancho and Lefty's was way too loud with music until 11 pm!

Great location. Easy walk to shopping and dining. Appreciated the beach chairs. Little obstructed view than originally thought. Could be loud with all the street noise since we prefer the fresh air vs the air condition, but we knew what we would get. Would have liked a little more storage for our personal belongings. Kitchen and amenities were great. Parking garage was a little wonky with all the structural work going on, but we figured out how to navigate around it. Easy access in and out of building. Communication with hosts has easy with fast responses. Nice week.

Good location

The location is good for access to shops, etc. on Ali’i Drive but a bit overpriced for what you get. For example, there are several fancy hotels nearby that have a daily rate per person for less and with more amenities as long as you don’t want to cook.
