The condo is in a great location, close the restaurants, shops, and the beaches close to town. We visited 7 beaches on the island and the best ones we drove to (not that far). The Condo itself is in great condition and was great for the 4 of us (2 couples) staying there. The deck and the view was surperb and enjoying a wine watching the sun set is awesome. Highly recommend!

We loved our Kona Pacific Unit

We were very pleased with the Kona Pacific condo. It was as good as advertised and was very well stocked (the kitchen. linens, beach items in the lanai box etc). The view from the lanai was wonderful and we spent much time there. The beds were very comfortable and having a third bathroom was nice. The owners / hosts were very responsive. We would definitely return and recommend this beautiful condo to our friends. FYI: we had four adults and a 2.5 year old. Thank you very much!!!

We really enjoyed this condo. First off I'd like to say the communication was fantastic with the owner/location and they put a lot of thought into what was needed to make the stay a nice one! Nice view and the lanai has enough seating to eat and enjoy with family. The storage bin has snorkling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler in it. Nice not to have to rent them.It is laid out nice, the 3rd bathroom was great so you didn't need to go into the bedrooms. Location is walking distance to the local restaurants but out of the noisy area. Make sure to walk over to the "On the Rocks Grill" and get a Mai Tai...they are the best we had any place we went, and try their coconut coleslaw!Black Rock pizza and the Fish Hopper are the other 2 restaurants I'd recommend.Parking garage spot is nice, close to the elevator. We used the washer/dryer a lot.Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for the week. It even has a separate ice maker. We were happy it had A/C units, they were used everyday, it was pretty humid when we were there in June 2025. One in each bedroom and one in the living area which made it comfortable.I like to sleep in a dark bedroom so my only issue was the blinds in the first bedroom let in a good amount of light. I used an eye mask, it was fine. Pool was clean, good temperature and barely anyone there.I would recommend this condo to anyone for vacation and hopefully some day we can come back.

Perfect Location

Easy walking to restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect. Roomy, clean and great amenities. The lanai box had 2 sets of snorkeling equipment, 4 chairs, noodles, inflatables, cooler bag, boogie boards. Very much appreciated.

Perfect location

We had the condo for five days and it was perfect. Roomy, very clean, within walking distance of any type of restaurant you could think of and plenty of shopping. Each king bedroom had its own en suite bath plus a third bath for if you had guests. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great location

Nice property. Easy to get around from property. The property manager however knocked on our car windows and told us to stop slamming doors. We had been at the property about 30 minutes. It was not us but rather the cleaning people earlier in the day. Interesting interaction.

Wonderful condo

This is a great condo for 2 couples since it has 2 king beds. The furniture is very updated and comfortable. Location is excellent for walking to restaurants and the ocean. Nice pool that isn’t usually crowded. Danielle was very helpful and easy to reach. We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Enjoyed the ocean view sunsets and whale watching from the extra large lanai.

Amazing place to stay

We had a great trip! Downtown is within walking distance and there is a great view of the ocean from the lanai! Unfortunately our flight was delayed and the property manager was quick to accommodate us! 10/10 recommend.

The process from start to finish was made really easy, great communication with the host, any questions we had were answered promptly. Property was better than expected, clean, tidy and spacious. The location was great, close enough to walk to the Race hotel, transition and start, so many restaurants to chose from within walking distance. Would highly recommend this property and host. Great location!

This condo is well located and an easy walk to Kailua - Kona village. The condo is not only well located, but was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Better yet, the management company is more than helpful and always readily available.
