Thank you for your wonderful review, Debbie. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay! As this is a timeshare resort and not a normal hotel, small kitchen items are not typically provided and will need to be purchased by guests for use throughout their stay. Thank you for your review, Frank! Unfortunately, food and items are always priced higher on the islands and at resorts. I hope you enjoyed your vacation, despite the expense.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the space, cleanliness, and access to the Hilton amenities. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment with the unit’s location and the washing machine facilities. While these are issues managed directly by the Hilton, we do hope you were able to address your concerns with resort management during your stay. We’re happy to hear you would stay again and hope to assist you with a future visit.

Thank you for your time in leaving a review, Jennifer! We're glad to hear you found the property nice and clean. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited kitchen amenities and the shared washer/dryer facilities. As these issues are with the resort itself, we are hopeful that you addressed your concerns to the front desk in this regard. Despite these challenges, we hope that you had a wonderful overall experience and will consider us again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you found the property beautiful and the rooms comfortable and well-stocked. We did want to clarify that the reservation you booked is through a timeshare property, and not directly through a hotel. A timeshare rental involves renting a portion of a vacation property for a specific period of time, offering more space and amenities compared to a standard hotel room. It's important to note that as a timeshare property, pricing structures may differ from traditional hotels due to the ownership model. Because you are staying in a timeshare, there are no room service options, daily housekeeping, or trash pickup services like you would get in a standard hotel. However, the resort does offer the option for additional cleaning services for a fee at the front desk when checking in. With items such as coffee and creamer packets, please know that the resort provides those to assist guests upon their first arrival. As guests typically stay for longer durations in timeshare properties, they often stock up on groceries, including coffee and creamer of their choice, while on the property. The benefit of staying in a timeshare includes having full kitchens, allowing guests to save money by dining in instead of eating out, which is why many people prefer timeshares over general hotels. We are hopeful you raised the concerns regarding the extra costs and the towel card issue with the resort manager. They take all feedback, whether from guests or owners, seriously and use it to continually improve their services. We do hope that you were able to enjoy your vacation despite these concerns and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you with your travel again in the future!
