The house provided the perfect blend of privacy and quick access to the beach. We loved how the exterior spaces (porches and pools) really extended the living spaces providing amble room for all our guest. The bikes made getting around a breeze. The house was well appointed and love the decor which emphasized coastal living. We are ready to book again for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Hidden Cypress . The home is in great shape. We had six adults and three children under 5. The home is at the end of the drive directly off of 30A and truly “Hidden” in a Cypress grove natural area with direct access to hundreds of acres of hiking and jogging trails. Nice pool with great safety features for the kids. Home is very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. Large privacy fence and live oak/ palm trees provide wonderful privacy. Highly recommend this vacation home!!!

Lovely Home in 30A

We had An amazing stay - the home has a wonderful layout, which easily fit our group and a great kitchen, large table for dinners at night that fit everyone, and excellent open layout. Loved the pool and spa, and location. Having beach chairs and an umbrella setup daily was such a bonus. The location is great, Bike to seaside or walk to beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous beach house!

This house is absolutely wonderful. Not only is it beautiful but also very private. It is equipped with everything you would ever need in the kitchen. We loved the hot tub and the fire pit. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. I have stayed in many houses on 30A but this one might be the best one yet. Jane and Jim were wonderful to work with. Looking forward to another stay at this great beach house!

Perfect pandemic paradise

We've been visiting 30A for 10 years and this was our first time in Seagrove Beach. We were looking for something secluded and completely self-contained and this beautiful home was perfect. It is gorgeously appointed including some fabulous artwork. The outside living space was wonderful and so private. The short walk to the beach and the adjacent trails through the cypress forest allowed us to be active while avoiding crowds. We loved that the property included bikes, too! It was a magical place and we'd love to return.

The house and location were perfect for all of us (6 adults and 6 children) and the accommodations at the house were top notch. The trail behind the house was such a fun exploration for all of us and the kids had a hard time deciding between the pool and the beach. We will absolutely stay here again. I also highly recommend scheduling a beach bonfire through the concierge service - we did and it was such a fun night for all of us.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful and well equipped with a nice layout. Close to restaurants - The Perfect Pig was great. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Seaside (2 miles), short drive to Rosemary beach. Don’t expect anything extra from the management company. After they reached out and asked if we wanted to come a day early or stay an extra night because the house wasn’t rented, they asked for $250 just to check in 3hrs early and $250 to be able to leave 3hrs late. (Definitely note that check in isn’t until 5pm!!!) I’ve never had anywhere ask for that amount of money for an early/late check in! That was a little disappointing considering the amount of money we paid for the week.

Amazing property located across the street from the beach!

Hidden Cypress is truly spectacular! Located right across from a beach entrance, the house is extra lovely because of its seclusion off the main road. The house was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need to cook at home. The private heated pool was perfect to enjoy a chilly long winter weekend. 3 min drive to Seagrove, 7 min drive to rosemary beach, 5 min drove to The Hub with lots of walkable breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots in between. The house has 3 full bedrooms + a loft (1 king master, 2 queen beds, and a loft with 4 twin beds). The living area is so cozy but we especially enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning enjoying the outside or lighting the outdoor fire pit at night. We will absolutely stay here again!

It was less than a 5 minute walk to get to the beach and the beach is beautiful. The home is just as beautiful with nice rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and decor of the home is so inviting. We had such a good time spending our day at the beach and then coming home to cook dinner and swim in the pool. This place was so relaxing we did not want to leave. Can't wait to come back!

We actually loved the peaceful setting and the fantastic backyard with a pool for the kids. In addition, we really enjoyed the fire pit and bbq grill as a couple of nights we just enjoyed the backyard for more family time. The house was really enjoyable with a great layout fir everyone to be comfortable. If a couple of upgrades could be made such as ensuring tge closet shelving is clean, replacing and cleaning the BBQ grill and updating the door from the screen porch it would receive all 5’s

If there are any complaints there would only be two things. First, the grill was extremely rusted to the point of unusable. Second, it was somewhat frustrating that there were absolutely zero spices available upon arrival for cooking. There was plenty of cookware but not even so much as some simple salt and pepper. Aside from that - the house was simply wonderful. Big TVs, working A/C, comfy pool. This place would be perfect for two families with kids to get together. Would definitely stay here again.

Heat was definitely needed for pool this spring break and was not overpriced at $300. Someone from our group stayed in the loft, and it would have been helpful to know that bedding was in drawers rather than just what was on the bed (everything else was labeled throughout the house). King bed in front bedroom was really firm.

The perfect place to come home too after being at the beach all day. It’s equipped with everything you need. Though you do have to walk to the beach, coming home to that house makes it worth it. Not to mention the boardwalks thru the woods to explore gives you a different experience. We loved being outside at dusk or morning, listening to the frogs and other animals. It was like being in a different world. And yes, it is managed by a company, but they were great. Responsive to my initial questions, super easy to work with. They were just a text away.

Mid-Winters Dream!

This was a GREAT property. Has its own private pool and hottub, plenty warm for the low 40’s low and mid 50’s high for the 3 kids to enjoy! Great fire pit and grill outside. Inside was immaculate. Beautiful gas shell fireplace inside! They have a cabinet of games, perfect for playing for with the family infront of the fire! Accommodations were great for everyone- 3 kids under 5, a 12 yo and grandmother. Easy to walk to beach (10 min with our crew), close to cafe 30a, perfect pig, and others. Jim and Jane were great communicators and took care of all our questions, everything was great and the pool was warm when we arrived! The house has every convenience we wanted! Perfect for a winter getaway, I imagine just as good in the summer! Will be back!
