Great house for friends!

My husband and I booked this place for our wedding week! We had 11 of our friends stay with us and it was absolutely perfect! Upon arrival, I noticed that the back patio wasn't very clean and I contacted them. They responded within an hour and came out to clean it the following day! We were very impressed. The private pool was awesome and there were multiple beach access points within walking distance. About a 2 minute walk.

Perfect Family Beach House

I've seen this house for many years while vacationing on 30A and staying there lived up to the hype. Great location, plenty of rooms, very clean and it was nice having a private pool. Furniture was super comfortable and the house has a great layout. Great access to the beach

Perfect week on 30a!

We had our annual family trip last week and couldn't have been happier with our stay at Aquascape! The location to the beach access is prime. I have personally stayed in plenty of places on 30a, and this is by far my favorite. It had the perfect layout for our group of 11. The teenagers loved their space, and all the room amenities were great! Loved that we all had balconies too! We spent most nights on the main floor balcony enjoying the breeze. The kitchen was more than well stocked. The pool in the backyard was a special bonus! Everyone loved being able to jump in after a long day at the beach!! Appliances all on great shape and good working order. Almost guaranteed that we will come back to this property! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Christmas in July

We had a great time for our annual Christmas in July! We had a couple of issues with the fridge and garage door but we were all impressed at how quickly response time was! Awesome house very clean and management and owners were amazingly helpful thru the whole process ! Definitely in our list to stay at again !

Wonderful week!

Beautiful property in a great location-only 1-2 minor issues which property management responded to and addressed immediately. This home is comfortable, well decorated, with plenty of space outdoors and in and is close to beach and several cute restaurants and shops. Loved our week here!

April Aquascape visit

Loved our week at the Aquascape. It accommodated our large family very well. Having the heated pool was awesome since the weather was a little cold. The staff at Diamond was very helpful and responsive. We've stay here several times and will definitely return.

Can't wait to come back!

Aquascape was a perfect house for our family! The location was awesome and loved being across the street from the beach. We had everything we could have needed including a garage full of anything you'd need for the beach. You need to bring your own beach towels but there wasn't anything else we needed that we couldn't find there. Santa Rosa is one of our absolute favorite beaches and we are thrilled our family loved it as much as we do. Diamond rental company was so great and easy to work with! We all can't wait to come back!

Perfect Spot!

Perfect spot for a big group/ families to stay and each have a bed. We had 8 guests total. The location was great with beach access walking distance (literally across the street). The home itself was clean with a nice pool, several outdoor areas/balconies and tons of extras that made our stay so easy! Floaties, bikes, beach chairs, Pool games/toys, etc. It is nearby The City of Destin so within a couple of miles of driving we were able to enjoy a few activities that we booked. The hosting staff seemed very nice and helpful and the text reminders made us not have to worry about anything throughout our stay. I would recommend this to anyone/any group looking for a nice quiet stay. Very relaxing!

PERFECT location

This house is in the PERFECT location- walkable to a quaint “downtown” with restaurants and coffee shop, but in a quieter part of the beach. Beach entry less than a minute away on foot and not at all too crowded/loud (in late April anyway). Lovely house

Cozy Getaway

I absolutely loved this home. It was very cozy and clean for the most part. I loved the fact that the dishes and cookware were updated and there were plenty to work with. The rental company was wonderful and very responded promptly. I would definitely book this location again. It's very close to the beach and the heated pool was wonderful.

Above expectations

I was nervous with booking any house for a friends/family vacation especially in an area I knew nothing about but this house was perfect! It fit all of us perfectly and was conveniently located in probably the best spot. A short 2 minute walk to beach access and a little less than a mile away from shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The area itself is amazing and so much cool, local things to do and the house was great for both adults and kids. The staff was great with communication and addressed any concerns we had. I would definitely recommend and look forward to going to back.
