Step inside and discover a bright, open-concept living space designed for effortless entertaining. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with premium appliances and thoughtful kitchen extras, while the adjacent dining and living areas invite laughter-filled gatherings around large smart TVs.

Outdoors, your private pool oasis awaits. Whether basking in the sun or enjoying a moonlit swim, the heated saltwater pool sets the tone for ultimate relaxation. Fire up the gas grill for a casual dinner, unwind in the lounge area with multiple seating options, and rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a beach day.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
1st Floor | Poolside Retreat: Queen-over-Queen bunks with twin trundle, private bath with walk-in shower, direct pool access, and smart TV.
2nd Floor | King Suite 1: King bed, queen sleeper sofa, private balcony, smart TV, and private bath with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor | King Suite 2: King bed, private balcony, smart TV, and spa-style bath with rainfall shower.
3rd Floor | Bonus Loft:Two custom twin beds, twin rollaway, smart TV, and access to the **rooftop deck**—perfect for evening cocktails and sunset views over Seagrove.

BEACH ACCESS:
Eastern Lake and Ramsgate offer great access points. Eastern Lake is perfect for kids, providing a calm, shallow spot for floating and rinsing off after the beach. Enjoy both lake and beach access!

Hop on the 19-mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A and enjoy quick access to Seagrove's restaurants and shopping or head west to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. Walton County FL has a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am
You must obey the rules and regulations of the HOA and the laws local to our area.

GETTING STARTED:
We do supply you with a complimentary kitchen starter/travel size kit, 1 bathroom starter/travels size kit per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and a toll of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started. Along with a start up coffee kit. You will have to purchase your own additional items if you run out.

BEACH TOWELS:
This home does not include beach towels so please plan on bringing your own.

Please also note, that if the property comes with a golf cart or you rent one through our company then you will also be required to sign a Golf Cart Waiver as well. Location and communication were great. We chose this property because it had a pool but it was way too dirty to swim in and there was only one dirty lounge chair by the pool. The property promptly responded that it is cleaned once a week on Saturdays. But It needed to be shocked. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean!

Cute 30A house

House is as advertised in the listing. Clean, has wide array of kitchen items for cooking at the house. About 1/2 mile, easy walk to the beach (have to backtrack a bit to get to the public beach entrance). Paid for a heated pool and was cool the first full day, freezing on subsequent days. Maintenance came to fix it and said the pump was blocked (I’m guessing from storm debris as there was a storm the night we arrived). I asked for a partial refund of the heating but management company has not yet offered a final response (it’s been 6 days). Texting with the management company was not productive, I’m pretty certain they were using an automated response system as the responses often did not make sense. The communication frustrations with the management company and cold pool are the reasons for four rather than 5 stars. We overall had a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing your delightful home!

A nice home

Had a great stay at Our Seaside! Pool was perfect and the space was lovely. It should be noted though that to get to the beach, you have to walk through a lake. There is no other public beach access near by. Wagons and ice chests would be hard to carry across the water.

We would stay at this property again for sure. You can't beat the location. The bikes were a huge plus. We had teens with us and it allowed them plenty of freedom to bike down to Seaside.

Beautiful House/great location

We had a wonderful time. House was great. Only issue is water would only get Luke warm. Texted maintenance multiple times but they didn’t fix. I think the hot water heater setting just needs to be turned up. Location was awesome. Pool is not heated so we couldn’t swim. Beds were comfy and TV’s were big!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had roaches which was surprising given the price point. Also, the master bedroom was very cramped. The master guest closet was unaccessable and the property did not have any dressers to store clothing thus we had to live out of our suitcases. There were a number of items in disrepair to include the master shower door, tub drain in hall bathroom and no privacy blind on the bathroom window. I have traveled to this area for over a decade and leased with Garrett Realty and never encountered a property that was not well maintained. Beautiful but cluttered home with all the wrong stuff.
