Beautiful property! Has all the stuff you need to be on the beach.. only downside is master bedroom was really warm the whole trip . Definitely would come back!

We absolutely love the property and highly enjoyed our stay. We would most definitely stay here again. The house has all accommodations need from inside to outside beach needs. The only two things we didn’t love was not being able to open any windows and that the hand railing on the top porch as well as the bottom lay out was very unfriendly for a small child. Other than that the house was perfect for us and even good with the small children’s besides the railing. We look forward to another stay!

Host was incredibly responsive and addressed any concerns promptly. Location is amazing. Deck and windows are what make this such a priceless rental. The master bedroom opens to deck and you can view the sunset from everywhere on the main floor. Thank you for your responsiveness to our needs.

The best quality was the trek deck with quality furniture and immediate access to beach plus the superb view! We thought the beds were comfortable but really wish the bunk beds were replaced w 2 double beds. The lower bunks felt too tight. Kitchen was well stocked and we especially loved the quality knife set (usually knifes are poor quality in rentals. We loved the open living space with the great views and our family time being together. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family beach week

We had a wonderful family beach week on south Ponte vedra beach. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed (ie beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). We loved being right on the beach and able to watch the sunrise every morning.

Fabulous place to stay
