Just a few kinks

Overall, we loved the trip! The condo was exactly what we needed and we loved walking to the beach. Tough start when I wasn’t getting information- sadly it was after emails and stressful calls to realjoy that I learned it was in my spam 😬 Then we had ants…. Not what you want when you want to sit in the floor and play games with your kids. They did offer to come spray for them…. But we just had to be careful with leaving anything out in the kitchen. Those two things aside- it was a fun place to stay with my family.

Holiday Week stay

This was by far the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have ever stayed in. Even the knives were sharp. We cook most of our meals in so this is a huge asset to this unit.

Sugar beach is always a wonderful place to stay. The condo was very nice! We had an issue with the complex codes being incorrect but the office helped us!

Overall great stay

We really enjoyed our stay in C3. We were located right across from longboards and hammerhead freds, which was nice for spring break events. Very close access to the beach. Only complaint I have is there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so we had to go buy toilet paper. Overall, very satisfied.

All over all stay

The over all Stay wasn’t to bad , the room I was in was some what trashy and dirty , the vents have so much dust in the they did exhaust that well, the couch was broken on one end and and made a lot of noise, , the room had a odor to which I had to purchase air freshener to cove up. ,

Nice location

Nice condo. Lots of room inside. The property has a nice lake outside with turtles and fish and the ocean can be seen in a short distance. Only minor complaint is in one bedroom the comforter had a Cheetos handprint on it, so it wasn’t clean, and outside the condo door was two large laundry bags that were there when we got there and there when we left. We don’t know what was inside them. Overall we enjoyed it and felt safe.

Location is everything.

Location is fantastic, beach was great and pool was very nice all be it a little small. There were some minor disappointments with the build/ renovation quality for the price. Sleeper sofa was not functioning, tile work was a bit hard to look past, only thing a high concern it was a light switch in the living area. To cover has been cut to fit the corner making it open in the direction of entry in to the living space. This made me a little uncomfortable with little ones. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and countertop appliances. Over all location was key and it was a comfortable place to sleep and spend time.

This is a quaint clean older property that has many updates. We had a great time at the beach and the pool was clean and simple. People were pleasant and friendly. The kitchen is small but is well stocked. There is no water dispenser so you need to buy plenty of water. There is a small, drop type ice dispenser in the fridge but it is slow and does not produce much ice, which could be an issue for full families. We had a cooler with us and kept ours full but this was a surprise. This property is at the far end of a group of condos that lead to the beach. It is a bit of a walk but not difficult. The unit itself is a 3rd floor walk up, with no elevator, and uncovered from rain, which was the biggest challenge for us. Groups with small children, mobility issues or older folks might want to know this. The property is very close to many attractions and you can walk across the street to a gas station to get ice and drinks, which many people did.

Nice condo and good access

Location is great. The TVs are huge the Wi-Fi is the best. The condo is very cute and beds are big! I had a great time and my family enjoyed it very much. Are usually at shores of panama and did not mIss waiting in long elevator lines. Great time, great laid-back vacation. Would rent again!

Awesome location

This condo was right across the street from Hammerhead Jack's and the slingshot. Right down the street from Wal-mart. The condo also come with set of chairs and umbrella at no extra cost. Has good view of property of the back balcony!

Nice place to stay just a short walk to the beach

It was nice there were a few things that needed updating! Main thing was the sleeper sofa! We ended up going and buying a air mattress because the springs kept popping off the sleeper sofa! I put them back on several times but every night they would pop back off! Think it’s time to update the sofa for a new one!

Elderly staying in third level condo with no elevator and first property manager Stormy rude

The condo itself was very nice but no where did it specify no elevator and my family and I are all disabled and the Real Joy property managers would not accommodate us and the day before our checkout my mom fell and has cracked ribs now. The one property manager Emily witnessed her fall and was awesome and helped us tremendously with carrying our luggage to the car and I give her nothing but great review as far as the others at Real Joy I spoke to never again will be use you and you should be ashamed.
