真新しいMGMレジデンス「Les BalconsEtoilés」は、シャンパニーアンヴァノワーズリゾートの最上部に位置し、村とヴァノワーズの山々の遮るもののない眺めを提供しています。 ゲレンデの到着地点にあり、駅とパラダイスキースキーエリア（ラプラーニュとレアーク-ゲレンデの425 km）を結ぶケーブルカーの出発地点から数メートルのところにあります。

レジデンスのふもとに無料の公共駐車場があります。

美しく保存された伝統的な山村のチャンパニーには、多くのショップやレストラン、スイミングプール、スパがあります。

This was our first time staying in a low ski resort area. We normally find accommodation in Plagne Centre, but good accomodation At a reasonable price is in short supply over the New Year holidays. We luckily managed to find this lovely apartment to rent. It’s well positioned to step across to the cable car to whisk you up the mountain. Paid parking is across from the building and you can take the lift or stairs down to Champagney centre for the restaurants and amenities. There’s a lovely boulangerie in the village and a very well stocked Sherpa. We arrived by car and had purchased all our food from the supermarket in Moutier. The drive to and from the apartment was hassle free and made for a relaxing arrival and departure.The apartment was clean and well appointed with a nod to the alpine area and modern decor. The apartment had everything we needed. (Bring dishwasher tablets if you want to use it.) The beds were super comfortable. The heating was easily controllable. The ski locker on the ground floor had a boot warmer to switch on after a great day of skiing.The view from the apartment looks across to Courchevel. New Year was celebrated with a grand view of Champagney en Vanoise and Courchevel fireworks display. It was magnificent.We really enjoyed the slopes above Champagney as they are all in the sunshine and the best part of la Plagne ski area.Only problem faced was getting the timing right regarding the queue for the gondola in the morning.

Thanks for a very comfortable accommodation! Very well equipped, you can't get any closer to the ski lift. We really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely come back!

L appartement est très agréable et au départ de quelques randos et du telecabine.qui rejoint la Plagne. A quelques minutes du centre de Champagny. Le balcon est sympa. Je recommande.

Belle résidence

Séjour en été, première fois à Champagny en Vanoise. Belle résidence récente et appartement. Appartement très propre, confortable, bien équipé. A noter que l’appartement se trouve dans un deuxième immeuble à l’arrière du premier, ce qui implique un peu de ballade entre l’entrée à la rue et l’appartement lui-même, avec 2 ascenseurs différents à prendre. Pour les bagages et les courses prévoir quelques efforts donc. Nous avons été un peu déçu en arrivant par le cadre autour de l’immeuble, trop bétonné (parkings béton en face) et à côté de la cabine de téléphérique. On sent bien que c’est fait pour le ski en hiver. La rue comptait plusieurs nouvelles résidences en travaux ce qui n’a pas aidé. Nous avons aimé la proximité de belles randonnées, la piscine du village et la plaine de jeux. Ok ne regrette pas notre choix en termes de qualité/prix, l’appartement étant vraiment bien et Champagny en Vanoise l’été étant sympathique.

Appartement confortable et bien situé

L'appartement de Christophe et Sophie est très confortable et bien équipé. Bonne disposition des pièces et beau balcon. Les matériaux utilisés et les meubles sont de qualité. Pour notre séjours aux sports d'hiver, nous avons apprécié la proximité de la remontée mécanique et de l'ESF pour les cours des enfants. Le local à skis avec le sèche chaussures est un vrai plus.

Appartement de qualité situé idéalement à quelques pas des commerces et de la liaison avec la Plagne. Très bien équipé (machine Nespresso, TV connectée, Wifi, machine lavante séchante, etc), l'appartement est confortable (super literie) et ensoleillé. Parking couvert gratuit devant la résidence. Accès facilité par la boite à clé et la réactivité de la conciergerie

Excellent stay

Great property right next to lifts and parking . Excellent standard of decor and equipment with hotel standard beds and bedding , also great to have both bath and shower. Amazing view and lovely large balcony big enough for all to sit on. Very much appreciated being let in early by kind host . Excellent property would rent again.

Central, confortable, impeccable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé et aménagé. L'immeuble est au pied du télécabine, à quelques minutes du centre de Champagny. Au delà du confort et de la propreté impeccable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la vue magnifique sur la Dent du Villard notamment. Une aventure à reproduire !

Appartement magnifique avec un super rapport qualité/prix.

Somptueux appartement dans une résidence de standing. Tout respire la qualité (isolation thermique et acoustique, meubles, TV, équipements divers, literie, vaisselle...). Superbe vue sur Champagny et Courchevel. En tout point c'est conforme aux photos. C'est sûr nous reviendrons.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié ces 2 semaines passées dans cet appartement où rien ne manque : confort, qualité, équipement, vue magnifique avec des couchers de soleil incroyables ! Très très belle région avec beaucoup d'activités à faire. Seul petit bémol, mais qui n'a pas entaché nos vacances, c'est que cette résidence est en cours de finitions extérieures . Prétexte pour revenir et la voir terminée !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Appartement impeccable, très bien équipé, bien exposé plein sud, belle vue et grand balcon très agréable. À qqs minutes à pieds des commerces et néanmoins très calme. Propriétaires et gestionnaire charmants. Et nous avons adoré la Vanoise pour ses magnifiques randonnées aux vues époustouflantes sur les glaciers. Sans compter les alpages et les nombreuses marmottes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellentes vacances, dues en grande partie a ce logement parfait pour 4 qui vous permet de vous sentir bien dès le debut. Tres bonne situation, joli, bien équipé, bel espace, pratique. En plus pas de monde donc tranquille.. Une tres bonne adresse. Tres heureux de cette location.
