An 81 m² apartment completely renovated in 2015, decorated and furnished in a 'chalet' spirit with wood and mountain-themed decor, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere facing the mountains and Mont Blanc!

Ideally located in the heart of Arcs 1800 (Village du Charvet) in the 'MIRAVIDI' residence, it offers direct access to the slopes and immediate proximity to shops, the Tourist Office, the main ticket office, restaurants, etc. In summer, the sports club offers more than 30 sports and artistic activities.

The apartment consists of a living room with a corner sofa bed, a dining area with a monastery table for 9/12 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, and plenty of storage and closets. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 140 cm bed, bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds, bedroom 3 with a 140 cm bed, and bedroom 4 with a 140 cm bed and a single mezzanine bed. The living room also offers an extra sofa bed for 3 people. All beds come with duvets and pillows. It is designed to accommodate 9 people in total comfort (extendable to 12 using the convertible sofa): 4 cooking plates, a large oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge, small appliances (raclette set, fondue set, wok, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, teapot, cutlery...), 4 LCD TVs, DVD-DivX player, Hi-Fi CD MP3 system, PS2 console, etc.
Inside the apartment, a room is dedicated for ski storage.
The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi for tenants.
Upon request and for an additional fee, household linen (sheets, towels, etc.) can be reserved.

the rooms are very very small and also the kitchen. in the upper rooms there were noises all the time from above. the apartment is very well equipped (no toilet paper).

Great location and apartment

We had a group of 9 . The apartment was well fitted out , homely and enough room for us all. Ideally located right in the centre of 1800 with short walk or ski down to chair lifts. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend we had the best time .

Ski trip

Very poor ventilation, apartment very hot and stuffy in all but main bedroom. Lots noise from corridors and stairs. Bathroom not clean. Nice location. Well equipped kitchen.

Lovely apartment in Les Arc 1800

The apartment is very central and an easy walk to the shops and slopes. It is very well equipped and whilst we didn’t make use of the games, there are a large range of board and PS2 games available. The kitchen coped well with a Turkey dinner on Christmas Day as well as various other meals over our stay. Our only gripe was that we only had use of one toilet. It was reported to the agents but due to the Christmas holiday nobody was about to fix it which let us down a bit with the size of our party. On the whole though the apartment was very comfortable and warm and with great views gave us an enjoyable stay.

Our Annual Ski Trip

We are a group of 7 friends who have been skiing together for more than 20 years. This was our second trip to Les Arcs in that time and our first time staying in Arcs 1800. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment suited us well although it was smaller than some others that we have stayed in before. It is on 2 floors and the internal stairs are narrow and steep and there is no handrail - this could be a safety issue although there is a stair gate at the top. The upper level is immediately below restaurants and there is a bit of footstep noise but this was not a great issue and it did not go on late at night. What it has going for it is the location - right in the heart of Arcs 1800 with restaurants, ski-hire, bakery and supermarket all within 5 minutes easy walk. Access to the slopes great too. A short walk to the snow, skis on and ski down to a choice of chair lift or bubble lift giving access to the whole area. Also great to able to ski back to the same point at the end of the day. Would definitely consider this apartment if we return to Les Arcs in the future.

Le logement est très très bien situé, propre et pratique. Attention, il serait difficile selon nous d'y loger 12 adultes (peu de place dans le salon pour 3 personnes). De plus, Le canapé lit dans le salon est plutôt un couchage d'appoint qu'un vrai lit..

Super séjour!

Apparemment très fonctionnel au pied des pistes et des commerces, super équipé. Ambiance chalet, et matelas de qualité. Demain de ski super, avec de neige garantie. Nous avons passé un super séjour à deux familles. Jolie vue sur le Mont Blanc. Nous reviendrons !

Super séjour aux arcs dans cet appartement chaleureux

Appartement idéalement situé, offrant un accès direct aux pistes et à toutes les commodités et commerces. Décoré dans une ambiance chaleureuse de chalet, il est parfaitement équipé. Les matelas sont confortables, la vue et l'absence de vis à vis sont top. Le domaine skiable est exceptionnel, et l'été les arcs proposent pleins d'activités pous les enfants et un super choix de randonnées.
