Seychelles #301 | Luxury Condo, Great Views, Pool!

The Gulf views are plentiful at Seychelles 301, making it a perfect choice for a beach getaway! When you choose this Panama City Beach, Florida condo for your next trip to the beach, you’ll delight in panoramic views to start and end your day in addition to a wonderful location on the east end of Panama City Beach.

You’ll find plenty of room for six beach-loving guests at Seychelles 301, in addition to two full bathrooms and extra accommodations in the living room. This condo rental underwent a full remodel in early 2020 with luxury renovations from top to bottom. This includes all new flooring, furniture, a brand-new kitchen, memory foam mattresses, and Smart TVs in each room. The wraparound balcony in the living room will draw you in at once, as it is the perfect place to start and end your day. You can also enjoy those same views from the master suite, with additional access to the balcony whenever you please. The kitchen comes outfitted with granite counters and both black and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of room to store all of your groceries for the week.

In addition to everything there is to discover inside your condo, there’s plenty of fun to be had at Seychelles in Panama City Beach! Start off basking under the warm Florida sun in the beachfront pool. Or in the cooler months, go for a dip in the heated indoor pool. There are even two hot tubs and a fitness center to bring your relaxation to a whole new level!

With this condo’s location on the east end of Panama City Beach, you will find yourself removed away enough from the hustle and bustle of beach life. However, you are still within minutes of all of the fun things to do in Panama City Beach. You’ll plenty of local, delicious restaurants all just a few minutes from your condo. To get to fun attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Zoo World, just head east into Panama City Beach. St. Andrew’s State Park is close by as well, providing a tranquil space to reconnect with nature.

Clean Coverlet Program: This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in. Please note during select 2026 dates, parking is limited to one vehicle per unit to ensure fair access for all guests. These dates include May 21–25, June 13–July 27, Sept. 3–7, and the Sunday of Schooner’s Lobster Fest in October (if held).

This was our second time renting tis unit. The only problem we encountered was the refrigerator. It was not cool at all. We called the Southern staff, they were going to send someone out the next day. I messed with it and finally got it to cool enough to keep from ruining our food. So, deleted this issue, it was a great stay. Great location next to schooner's and the state park. This unit is spacious, that's why we like using Southern.

We got to the condo and it was extremely clean and inviting. It was so cool (temp wise) and comforting. The amenities were amazing. The host was very responsive. The beach view was out of this world and the pool was great. Every one that worked on the premises was friendly and helpful. There was constantly someone cleaning and providing a sense of security. I would stay in this condo again and make it a tradition. It is one of the best beach condos I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot.

The condo is great and receives 5/5 stars. It is spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The condo complex is a bit too crowded for me. It has two pools but the one we were in was crowded. I’m spoiled and prefer a smaller condo complex. The beach chair rental representative was great. He was courteous and helpful. The beach area was a little too crowded for what I prefer. Again, I’m spoiled. I would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. However, the unit is advertised as having 3 king bedrooms. It only had 2. The 3rd bedroom was a twin and set of bunk beds.

All the codes were a pain. Had to call the host to find the parking passes. They were not where the email said they would be. The condo was nice. Would have been a plus to have a few pillow slips in the condo or communication to bring some. Parking was good. Location great. Construction was going on right next to our

Outstanding Room

This has been the best room we have stayed in at Seychelles Beach Resort. The pictures online were accurate, which was a pleasant surprise because our room looked nothing like the pictures in the past. As a bonus, the furnishings were extremely comfortable, including all the beds.

Unit 301

We were quite impressed with the decor chosen for this unit and its comfort. We did have some maintenance issues that were promptly addressed. The only item we did not like was we could not check in even 10 minutes early and check out was 9AM—who has ever had a 9AM checkout!
