Great stay on a Budget

The pin did not take us to the right spot. Chris hooked us up on WhatsApp and got us there. Check in after that went good. The apartment is spacious, kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom a very good size. Located in Alvor which is a central in the Algarve, it was perfect to explore the entire Algarve. I would stay there again.

Stayed for one week. Appartment good if not a bit out dated. Also maybe a matress topper would be an idea as bed quite hard. Furniture in lounge needs oudating but overall very good.

Happy family time

Good location for exploring the Algarve. Not far from the center of Alvor. Close to bars and restaurants and near the pool at the campsite where you can use it for a few euros. The apartment is fairly clean. I had good communication with the owners with all information about the area and property. My little suggestion is not enough: garbage bags,toilet paper etc.In overall, a good place to stay for a few days. Thankyou Chris&Clara

Great value apartment in a good location.

Overall based on the price paid for the stay at this property, I was happy with my stay. Although the apartment has dated items within it such as the living room sofa, balcony furniture etc.Bathroom is modern and has a good quality shower system. The bed is comfortable. Smart TV in the living.The accommodation is ideal for a base to access other local areas such as Lagos and Albufeira.Good selection of tourist destinations all within a 30 minute drive from the property. Alvor beach is around 10 minutes drive away. Host is excellent with their communication and check in and check out was very easy.One final point, the property is situated in ground that offer peace and quiet. You may hear the occasional dog barking but other than that, very pleasant to sit in the balcony in the sun and enjoy the tranquility.Don’t expect a five star accommodation. It’s basic and considering the price, its value. If you have higher expectations then this is the wrong property for you. You are getting reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price.

Bare amenities

This rental is located in a what seems to be an old hotel. When you walk onto the property there is an abandoned pool to the right. The interior of the building is old and poorly lit. The aparetment we stayed in needs some love. While it was clean and got us through our stay i won't be recommending it to people i know. There was coffee and tea for your morning enjoyment but that is as far as comfort you will get. We couldn't figure out how to work the tv so we were stuck with youtube. No instructions for anything or recommendations for area restaurants or activities. The couch is leather that is peeling and a sheet is over it. The peeled leather got everywhere during out stay. There is no dish towel in the kitchen to dry your dishes. I had to request some hand soap as the one left for us was 90% water. The mattress was comfortable but some new pillows would be nice as the ones provided were old and very flat. The sheets could be replaced to as they were bally from use. Each person was given 2 towels and no extras, not even a bath mat to stand on when you exit the shower. Outside the building property on the other side of the wall are 3 roosters. So if you enjoy being up at 5am this is the place for you.

El apartamento no está mal para el precio que pagas. Se encuentra en una urbanización que debió tener su época de esplendor en el pasado, pero está en bastante mal estado.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Anlage Clube Alvor Golf.-Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles, was man benötigt: Klimaanlage in beiden Zimmern, Küche mit Spülmaschine und Herd, Backoffen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, WLAN, zwei Fernseher etc.Allerdings gibt es hier große Nachteile:-Die Wohnung ist sehr stark! renovierungsbedürftig (in der Küche fehlen die Türe, Zimmertüre sind am auseinander zu gehen, die Schränke sind kaputt etc.) und die Anlage an sich auch sehr ungepflegt (zwei leerstehende kaputte Swimmingpools, Geruch). Wer keinen großen Wert darauf legt, ist hier gut aufgehoben.-Parkplätze waren ausreichend vor dem Haus vorhanden.-Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

La casa no está mal, falta algo de limpieza y cambio urgente del sofá cama. El resto de cama tendrían también que ir cambiándolas, una de las patas estaba en mal estado. La ropa de cama muy deteriorada y antigua.Se agradece que tenga horno, aunque un frigorífico más grande sería mejor. Cuarto de baño y cocinas reformadas, bien.

télévision qui ne marchais pas, 18 jours à attendre une solution, aucun coup de téléphone du propriétaire . pour au moins s excuser.Autre chose: le four:impossible de s en servir une odeur de graisse brulée s en dégageais rendant impropre à la consomation les plats qu on voulais y faire cuire.

Het verblijf was prima, er is nog een extra 1 persoons bed en een slaapbank. Hierdoor is het mogelijk om te verblijven met 5 personen. Echter verbeelf ik hier alleen en was de buurt prima.Alleen was er geen supermarkt of cafe in de buurt op loop afstand. Hierdoor is een auto noodzakelijk.Communicatie met de eigenaar was top.

Limpieza horrible!

HORRIBLE LA LIMPIEZA! el apartamento está muy bien equipado pero el tema de la limpieza es muy serio. Almohadas sucias, el edredón con manchas de lo que parecía sangre. El sofá se cae a cachos si no fuera por la manta que le tienen puesta encima. La terraza tiene vistas a una finca en la que hay un perro atado al sol todo el día, lo que supone olor y bichos, MUCHOS BICHOS! si abres la ventana 5 minutos para ventilar tienes el apartamento lleno. En verano tiene que ser horrible estar ahí. Ni lo recomiendo ni volvería.

Dos horas esperando afuera del hotel porque el codigo no abria la puerta del piso y tuvieron que venir a traerme las llaves despues de muchas llamadas a su telefono apagado, me puse con atencion al cliente desde la aplicación y pudieron dar con el propoetario, la casa en sí no esta mal, malas vistas eso sí y pocos utensilios en la cocina , lo demas correcto en estado limpieza y demás, pero pongo esta critica tan negativa devido al problema de la llegada al hotel

No pude acceder hasta las 12 de la noche, los códigos facilitados para acceder no eran correctos. La reserva según los propietarios era para el día siguiente estuve 30 minutos al teléfono por esta incidencia. Horrible

Muy sucio

Ya nos habíamos alojado anteriormente aqui, y estuvimos encantados. Pero esta vez está todo muy sucio, las almohadas sudadas, sábanas sucias, sabana que cubría el sofá lleno de pelos de perro... Muy mal. No volveremos
