Best location

HBR is a great resort. It never seemed crowded, they had fun activities available and the views are world class. We really enjoyed the rooms we booked and it accommodated us very well.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Absolutely stunning views and amazing facilities. The condos were clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The unit had stunning views and all amenities needed for a great time. Unfortunately there was a mold smell in all the units beds. The washer and drier were a key element as we washed tge sheets and it took care of the issue. Not sure if this smell was from the the resets washing machines but once we washed with our detergent there was no smell. Besides this small issue it was a great stay and a great resort!

Beautiful Views - units were clean and comfortable

I had a wonderful experience there at Hanalei Bay. The views were spectacular. The pool was delightful- and the unit was very comfortable. Management was very responsive. The only frustrating thing was parking as we had a large van and it was very difficult as the stalls were for more compact cars, and not enough parking all around. We totally would book again- definitely a repeat vacation!!

Perfect Princeville Stay

We had an amazing stay at Belinda's VRBO! The location couldn't have been better — close to all the best beaches, hikes, and restaurants on the North Shore. The resort itself was beautiful and so family-friendly, with pools, tennis courts, and easy beach access. The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed for beach days, like chairs and coolers, which made everything so easy. It was the perfect home base for exploring Kauai, and we can't wait to come back!

Sunset Paradise

Host and manager were so accommodating and kind. The manager even brought us a top notch blender when the existing one failed. The location and sunset views were amazing - just staring at the scenery is enough to fill the senses. This property was no less than perfect for my two sons and their children along with their Oma and Opa. The property is as well maintained as it was when we began coming here 40 years ago. Thanks Belinda and Chris.

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every second of our visit to Kauai. This condo is perfect and has everything you need for cooking, swimming, enjoying the view and going to the beach. Belinda was great to work with and about 2 days in I realized most of the artwork hanging on the walls is hers. It’s beautiful! I cannot recommend this place enough and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Another thing to note: I was traveling with my 80 year old parents and this place is ground floor with no steps. That was a huge perk for us. It’s also steps away to the beach path and made catching the shuttle easy.

We loved the location, the condo, and the VIEW! We hiked and explored all over, but always were happy to return to the condo and relax on the porch with the incredible views.

Peaceful getaway and beautiful view

We loved this property. The accommodations were excellent. The view was unbelievable! We would definitely come back and stay here. Love the North Shore - there is so much to do and this gave us easy access. Loved the Happy Talk Lounge on property! So much fun! Also want to add that the owner and on site staff were outstanding! You will not be disappointed!!!

Hanalei Bay Resort is an amazingly beautiful. The surrounding are gorgeous. Our condo was clean and decorated nicely. Had everything you needed for your convenience. We will be back again, for sure.

Aloha ~ I am the proud new owner of HBR 4104/5/6! Some may recognize me from TV & films I have done, others may know me as the originator of BB's Kids Acting School, or may know my watercolors and art work. But I simply grew up on the racetracks of Southern California, the daughter of a quite famous jockey, & spent the first 3rd of my life either on horseback or in the ocean. The love of both brought me to Kauai originally in 1979 which has now truly become my Spiritual home away from home. This is a dream come true, being able to share this magical Island with you. Come & see why it becomes nearly impossible to leave... Hope to see you soon!

Because there is nothing like it! Believe me I know as I looked at over 100 condos & homes for sale mainly in Princeville and found this view to be hypnotizing. From the minute I walked in, I knew I had found 'the jewel' of Kauai.

Welcome to the Magical Garden Isle. As our guest, you may use all of the facilities of the HBR. HBR charges a one time checkin fee of $50-, $25-/day for amenities + a free clean beach towel daily, and $20-/day for parking per car.
• 8 tennis courts & pro--check activities & reserve courts at the tennis house (free for resort guests, but a fee for classes), excellent tennis program, only Peter Burwash site on island!
• 2 swimming pools-- lagoon pool named one of top ten resort pools by Fodor
• Beach access--walk down the jungle path or call a golf cart to take you. Call for a cart to bring you back if needed—telephone in covered bench at bottom of hill.
• Snorkeling & other gear available to rent at the main pool, arrange surfing lessons, rent kayaks
• Hot tub by the waterfall
• Happy Talk Lounge (great views & music nightly)
• Fitness center & showers in bathrooms of main building
• Wifi (Basic package included)
• Laundry facilities, ice machines near our units... Please use the full size washer and dryer for heavy loads as they're more efficient than our smaller stackables in 4105.
• Nightly security. Call front desk if your neighbors are not observing quiet hours or are smoking on lanai.
• Grills and eating area by small pool or tennis house
• Check front desk & check in packet for daily events like mai tai party
• Concierge Service call 826-6522 extension 8222 for activity & restaurant. You can also arrange a shuttle to drive you down to the private beach below and more importantly to come pick you up and drive you up that hill! You can call to get more info on activities available.
• Pool Bar features wonderful music most afternoons—check times and limited food options.
