First Time Renters

This was our first time doing a long term rental and this house suited our needs very well. With the master on one end of house and the other rooms at the other end it worked out great. The family room and open kitchen dining made gathering in one room easy too. We very much enjoyed our stay and the owners responded right away if we had questions or any issues!

First time Arizona

Steve was great at meeting our needs. Broke my hip before our trip and requested a hand held shower. Steve went out and bought a real nice had held shower it was great. Steve also went out and bought a nice power recliner for us to use. Great host. Enjoyed the place. Real nice. Thank you Steve. Ben

This is the place to stay.

Shad was super easy to work with and very responsive to questions. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and well kept, with all the items required for your stay. The home was relaxing and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Of a fun note, every Monday evening an ice cream truck comes around the neighborhood selling all sorts of goodies which made for a fun, take-you-back kind of experience. If we are ever going to be in this area again, this is the place I would choose to be.

Nice House!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice location on the golf course, and everything you need was in the house, even a gas grill outside. Beds were very comfortable. The negatives: dish washer is really noisy, living room furniture could use an upgrade. Overall, though, a very nice place to stay. We would come back again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We just moved from Kansas City to Arizona and needed a place to stay until we found our new home. This home was perfect and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. We had a couple of questions during the first couple of days and Shad was very quick to respond. We also really enjoyed the back yard putting green, the views of the golf course and the neighborhood was very quiet and enjoyable. Again, we couldn’t have been happier! Thanks so much, Shad! I will recommend your rental to friends and family!

Clean and Welcoming!

A Home Away

We enjoyed our stay at San Tan. Renting a home was much more relaxing than staying at a motel. The cost was also lower than a good motel. The home was clean, comfortable, utilitarian and as stated earlier relaxing. We enjoyed being able to sit outdoors in the sun and often watching the golfers on the course. The home had everything we needed and more. We were able to dine out or cook our meal in house. We could comfortably entertain friends. It was a home away from home.

As snowbirds we have always been attracted to the state of Arizona. After completing both an undergraduate and graduate degrees at Arizona State University we returned to the Valley of the Sun in 2011 and began wintering full time in 2016. We rent this property out from Nov 1st to April 30th

We truly LOVE this property as it is all on one level, with every square foot having usable space. In short we believe it is one of the best designed homes, by the builder, within the community.

Inside the Home:
Features that we especially like are that it has separation from the master and the other two bedrooms allowing for privacy within the home. Another big plus is the wonderfully vaulted great room that allows for interaction from both the kitchen and main sitting room area. We developed the home with two different TV/Sitting rooms in mind, for that time when a sporting event and the bachelor are on at the same time. When putting this home together, nothing was left to chance. We worked with a designer and seamstress to create a feeling of warmth and connectivity in the home from the bedding, drapery, wall colors, and furnishings.

Outside the Home:
With a golf course lot it offers privacy out the back without the possibility of an errant golf ball given it looks down the fairway of the Johnson Ranch golf Course. We added interlocking patio stones in the backyard, creating two sitting areas to take advantage of both the sun and the shade on days that are getting too warm. The backyard also contains a small putting green to try out your skills before getting on the course.

Johnson Ranch is a wonderful community with access to tremendous swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, golf courses, grocery stores, etc. If you get the chance don't forget to take in some of the terrific hiking, or other experiences like Canyon Lake or even Tuscon, Sedona or the Grand Canyon
